Our service tech was very thorough. He came to the door and asked what areas I had particular concerns about and noted this. I've never had such thorough service. I also feel like I don't have to watch him to make sure he is doing a complete jobEcoShield Pest Solutions

*** was very polite when he came to our door to ask if we needed inside work done. (I wasnt home, but my wife answered the door. She wasnt feeling too good and *** politely expressed his concern. Thank you, ***!)We didnt need inside work, so he finished his work outside and then apparently left without further conversation. EcoShield always does a good job and our pest problem is way down since we hired them.EcoShield Pest Solutions

**** is a conscientious and knowledgeable employee. Hes punctual and arrived as promised. We greeted each other by name. **** shared his service plan for day. He emphasized the extra need we had regarding the hornets nest and spoke about it clearly and concisely. In addition, **** inquired about the inside of the house and other places that the hornets might be occupying. We were very happy with his work performance and are confident that if we need additional service regarding our hornet nest problem, EcoShield and **** will be here to help us, as they have many times in the past.
