terrible service, I was swindled by the door to door salesman. He promised me great service with no risk and then lied to me about a discount. I ended up being charged full price and the service was terrible. This company is awful

Hello!I'm very sorry about your experience here. After reviewing your account, the salesman did give you a discount of $200. Typically services without agreements are $300-$400. I would love to get someone back out at your house free of charge to solve the subpar service. That is not how we do business here and want to make it right. If we would of known sooner, we would of gotten someone out same day or next day to make it right. Unfortunately, we didnt hear anything from you until a month later when you called in to cancel. This was my first time visit for bug control. *******, did a nice job of clearing spider webs, and listening to my input about tiny black ants that have invaded our outdoor backyard this year. He explained the products he used and made some suggestions for the indoor visit. Overall a good first encounter. He was neat, polite, efficient, and quick. ***** stopped by today during our garage sale, politely and professionally introduced himself and ECOSHIELD Pest Solutions of ********************.
