Nope not happy! Small bags and we did 5 fundraisers for double good. to say we could no longer sell, because it had nothing to do with kids. Robbed my money and dont do it! Also if you order you cant return and we raised $50,000 in just the last of the 5 fundraisers. They kept ****** and then cut us off. Find a company that is more open to *******!

I cannot believe what just showed up at my door. I expect to pay a slight premium for fundraiser goods, but this company is making a premium on their goods and then doubling the price so that the extra 50% goes to the cause... it's absolutely ridiculous! I spent $50 on popcorn and couldn't believe they were only 4 snack-sized bags that should only be about $4-$5 each regular and maybe $8 on a fundraiser premium. I have participated in many fundraisers and this is by far the most outrageously priced goods I have ever encountered. I will be recommending that no one ever use this fundraiser ever unless you want to **** off all of your friends and family who participate.

Hi ******** - I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. The quality of our popcorn is something we do not take lightly, which is why teams, non-profits, and schools of all kinds have had tremendous success selling our popcorn. Your order helped raise $25 for ******** cheerleading Pop-up Store. We make our popcorn to order using the finest ingredients and seeds grown on a family farm in *******. Our popcorn is made to order and shipped within 48 hours of being made, so it does not sit on shelves for days, weeks or months, which is how we ensure that you receive the freshest flavor with that perfect crunch.??Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. I will send you a new order for your troubles. Feel free to enjoy it yourself or share with friends and family. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right and we hop you enjoy your free popcorn.

This is an unethical company that intentionally misleads its customers. They deliberately do not specify the size of their bags on the fundraising websites providing only photos with no scale. At $11 per bag, the CLEAR implication is that these are full size bags, like the Boy Scouts sell for their annual fundraiser as similar prices. I cannot imagine that anyone participating in this fundraiser is ever happy to open their package to find that they spent $11 plus shipping for small 2.5 oz snack size size bags that sell for less than $2 at the grocery store. Even factoring in that they only receive half and that the product is gourmet (which is debatable), the price is still clearly excessive, and they know it given the misleading marketing. They justify the size in the responses to these comments by saying each bag contains 5 cups of popcorn by weight, which doesnt even make any sense since cups are a volume measurement. Just for kicks, I measured how many cups (by volume) are in each bag, and it was about 4, not 5. And four cups is a very small amount of popcorn. The popcorn is ok, but not discernibly better in quality than bagged popcorn from the grocery store. All in all, a business model based on deception and leveraging peoples desire to help local groups to oversell and underdeliver. Shameful.

****** - Thank you for reaching out regarding your Double Good order. And, thank you for supporting ******* football fundraiser. Your order supported ***** and the Branford High Football. Hopefully, they have a winning season. It is supporters like you, who make a positive impact on the community. Our flavors do vary in weight depending on the ingredients used. For example, Caramel-Diem weighs more than Butter Believe It because it is enrobed in caramel. However, each bag contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn. We take the quality of our popcorn very seriously, which is why teams, schools and nonprofits have had tremendous success funding their causes selling our ultra-premium popcorn.Since you did not have the experience we intended you to have, I placed a new order for you. I picked out some of our fan-favorites for you to enjoy. Feel free to share with friends and family. They make for great snacks as you watch a football game, too.

Double good decided to pull a fund raiser for a women who is factually innocent. *************** is being framed by the ****************** She is currently trying waiting for her 2nd trial and it was a mistrial- she is innocent until proven guilty! Double good took it upon themselves to say she's guilty! Shame on you

Discriminating against any group that wants fundraising is unkind and unjust. To allow at least 4 previous fundraisers for an innocence project then change your mind is very bad for your business. You cancelled a fundraiser because of concerns raised by people who arent even your own customers. They havent bought a handful of ********************** from your business and you sided with them. We, the people, will take that refund and apply it in FULL to our own fundraiser. BAD BUSINESS CHOICE

This is overpriced popcorn and a ridiculous delivery charge for a bag that is mostly air. Asking family and community members to pay these prices for a fundraiser is unethical. I know our fundraiser organizers were lulled into the venture by how the money is collected and dispersed. The popcorn tastes fine but nothing to write home about. Do not use this company if you are mindful if your organization's budget.

Hi ******! Thanks for your feedback. I found the order you placed for $38. 50% of that went to the fundraiser supporting ***** and the ** Cona Team. Nice work. We are proud of our products and the positive impact we have in our communities we support. That is why many schools, athletics, and clubs use our platform to raise money. Best of luck in your fundraising needs in the future.

How is this considered a fundraiser? If I could get the scam company a 0, I would. I received 2-3 oz. bags of popcorn, slightly bigger than a can of soda and it cost me $31. The bags of popcorn should only retail for no more than $1.50 a bag. I spent more than that on the shipping. The person participating gets half of the profit minus the $8 shipping cost for a product that cost them only $0.50 to make. I contacted the company and offered to return their product. However, they refused to refund my money. I suggest anyone who is asked to participate in this scam, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! You should just donate directly to the participant instead. As a supporter of children's fundraisers, I am concerned about the integrity and transparency of Double Good fundraising efforts and feel like I, as well as others, have been taken advantage of. This company needs to be investigated and shut down immediately.

This company takes advantage of families who are looking to support kids events. They price *****, 11$ for 1 3oz bag( snack size) of popcorn and then they charge 8 to ship. I will be warning others, and talking to people whom organize the fundraisers. They make a competition out of it showing other teamates sales. This company is just too greedy.

Hi ***!  Thanks for your feedback.  What an awesome fundraiser!  ***'s pop-up store surpassed the goal of $500; it looks like her pop-up store raised over $1,700.  Fantastic to see!  You contributed $17 to ***'s fundraiser.   In the future, you may opt to do a donation order for an event.  That way you can contribute to the event but do not receive popcorn.  Instead you donate it to one of our recipients who sports youth athletics and healthcare.

One of the reasons our fundraising is so successful, is the product goes directly to the purchaser and the funds go directly to the organizer.  Each person gets to eat delicious popcorn while raising funds and having a positive impact on their community.  Which is why teams, schools and nonprofits have tremendous success funding their causes selling our ultra-premium popcorn.
