Paint it Milk Chocolate popcorn WOW!!! Very very impressive, chocolate drizzle on every bite, many clusters throughout the bag. You can tell this was made carefully and thoughtfully! Amazing

I somehow got to the website and ordered although I entered by clicking on my grandsons pop-up store. My only reason for ordering was to support him. After placing the order I noticed that I didnt show up as a supporter. I contacted them via their email within 24 hours and told them that my desire was to support my grandson and would like the order to show my support for him. The following is their response:Upon checking, I found that the purchase was made directly to the Double Good website instead of to the pop-up store where you originally would like to place your order. This is the reason why your name doesn't appear on the leaderboard's list. Moreover, you are still supporting our cause even by purchasing directly from our website, as 50% of your payment will go to the Double Good **************** In regards to your request to have your order edited, we know how much you would like to show your support for the ***************************** fundraising event; however, please be advised that changes cannot be made to the order in terms of what pop-up store it purchased.Thank you for contacting Double Good Support!******** Double Good Customer Support **************************************** I will never order from them again.??Double Good, LP

As our agent explained, it looks like you ordered directly from our website and not from your grandson's Pop-up Store. When ordering from a pop-up store, it is best to use the link that is associated with that particular store you want to support. The confirmation sent to you after you placed your order also confirmed you supporter the ***************** In the future, if you place an order, make sure it is using the link from the pop-up store. Size compared to price is a joke. You are not doing charitable work. You are selling 3 dollars worth of popcorn and making 15 for yourself and 15 for the charity that sells it. No one would buy this popcorn for more than 5 dollars a bag if sold in a market. People are just buying it to donate to a charity. Does double good donate anything to charity on their own?Double Good, LP

I will never order from Double Goods Popcorn again. When there's an issue, you can't directly get in touch with someone. I don't order from companies who don't have a direct line to contact them. Plus, on their support ticket, they don't have a selection for shipping issues. I received notification from the shipping company plus Double Goods that my order was delivered but I have not received my order.Double Good, LP

The popcorn itself is tasty, but the delivery is awful. I made an order on 12/5/22 that was confirmed. As of today 10/16/23 I have yet to receive my order, and the tracker on their website indicates it never/hasnt even shipped! RidiculousDouble Good, LP

Dear Ve:Thank you for reaching out to Double Good. I understand you were looking for the order you placed on December 5, 2022. Since your order was placed almost 10 months ago, we cannot research whether or not it has been received. The tracking number is only valid for 120 days. Our email confirmation sent on December 5, 2022 provided the tracking information and the expected delivery date. Company misrepresents quantity in each bag by far. Happy to support a kids fundraising effort but this company is dishonest. As a purchaser, it says each bag has approximately 5 cups of product. Im actuality they contain maybe 3 cups if being generous. DisappointingDouble Good, LP

We received 200 bags from Double Good as a donation, and they expired in 2006, 2007, and 2008. It's 2023. Not the kind of snack we were planning to give our employees during a software conversion weekend. Very disappointing.Double Good, LP

If I could have a picture of the back of the package to confirm the lot codes, it would help. To explain our lot codes. - The first digit is the year it was produced - The next 3 digits are the ****** date - The next number represents where it was produced in our facility - Followed by the time stamp of when the product was produced One of our Customer Support agents spoke to another person from your organization and explained the product you received was produced on July 19 of this year. 1 starIt advertises that each bag contains approximately 5 cups of popcorn but none of the 5 bags I bought come even close. Highest was 2 cups, lowest was 3/4 cups!!! A total and complete rip off and false advertising. I feel horrible for ripping off my friends and family who purchased this which they did only to support my daughter's fundraiser. I will be offering each of them a refund. Feel horrible and swindled. I wish I would have thought about reading reviews first. ****** learned for sure. I hope the BBB is able to make this company change their untrue advertising!!!
