I'll just pile on... 2024 X5 50e. Car stuck at airport and I'm freezing after returning from vacation in ********** (84 to 38 degrees) and not dressed properly. 28 mins of complete incompetence with 1st call, use wife's phone to call again with marginally better operator, but ultimately had to choose between freezing to death or an ***** Almost comically how little they can help. Save your time and don't bother calling.

Worst support. Incompetent telephone operators who cant take down simple instructions such as addresses. Overpriced as well.

Terrible Experience with BMW Roadside Assistance I am extremely disappointed with BMW Roadside Assistance. Three days waiting for my vehicle to be towed, and during that time, they canceled the tow three times without notifying me. Each time I called to follow up, I was promised a callback, but they never once returned my calls. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand like *** that prides itself on luxury and customer care. If you're considering relying on their roadside assistance, think twice this was a complete nightmare.

Tires only 2.5 months old - one pops on freeway. I press my *** button and operator finds out my prob and sends me to an automated system, which asks for my location.... The *** system noted my GPS coordinates when I called? Then a loud alarm starts, blaring ever 3 secs. Can't end the call and shutting off the car doesn't stop it. I disconnect my cell from the ** and call *** RA and they remote stop it and then they redo the help request. They tell me that they are sending a tow truck to me and that I have to wait with the car till they arrive. 1.5 hours, no tow truck and no communication from *** RA. I text them with the link they sent me. First "We cannot find a service provider in your area" .. WHAT? You have left me sitting here for 1.5 hours and didn't think you should update me about that? "Your svc provider should have been there by now, have they not arrived?". That's a stupid question, would I be contacting you if they had? I called them and they say they are going to have someone call me back. A woman from "urgently.com" calls me (it's now been 2.0 hours) she says they cannot find a svc provider and can I just give her 20 more minutes while she *personally* is on the case. What choice do I have. After I hand up, one car cuts off another on the freeway and one of the cars swerves over the line heading right towards me, I am watching this in my side mirror, like in slow-mo, thinking "I'm about to die". The car recovers and gets back into the lane just in time to avoid side swiping me. And now tears come to my eyes because I am so stressed and feel so unsafe. I am a 60 year old woman on the side of the freeway and it's 11:15pm. Another half hour, no call back. I call them and tell them to cancel the request. I call AAA and they have a tow truck to me in 35 minutes. Should have called them in the first place, but really believed that I would get better treatment from ***!!

BMW roadside assistance is by far the worse - needed towing services and waited in an unsafe location for over 2 hours because the associates working in the call center were incompetent and did not send the correct location to the towing company. Not to mention both of my young children were in the vehicle. I will look into coverage with my insurance company. I received poor service at best.

This service is a joke and they should be held criminally liable if someone is hurt while waiting 7 hours for a tow. They pretended to look for a tow truck instead of telling me their contractors aren't available until 7:00AM. My accident was at 12:00 AM. I sat in my car alone in one of the dangerous cities in the ** waiting for a tow when the BMW roadside assistance agent knew I was waiting in vain. These people are sick.

Terrible. Stranded motorcycle in the city of ********* on pavement. Two authorized providers refused to pick up my bike. *** claim that theyll tow to nearest dealership so long as bike is on pavement is a lie. Dont buy a *** adventure bike unless you want to be stranded.

Horrific and completely incompetent. Worst experience ever with **** On hold with roadside assistance for tire blowout. 45 min later I got an agent who could barely speak English. I had to literally spell out the words I was saying about the situation. I told her I needed a tow from my home to the service **** which was two hours away. She scheduled it for that evening when the service department was closed. I would have been stuck at a closed dealer with no place to go!!! I had to call the tow trucking company to change the time. Then some supervisor called me at 1:30 am this morning since I left some scathing feed back. Didn't even apologize. Then he cancelled my tow scheduled for 9 am. The tow truck company was smart enough to call me to find out what I really needed. The whole experience was so incompetent and ridiculous I am thinking of selling my *** and getting a vehicle that I know has decent roadside assistance. I have owned ***s for 25 years and I have been so disgusted by how I was treated I never want a *** again. I would give them negative 100 stars but I had to put one star to get this feedback published.
