    Poorly run organization. Dispatched multiple towing companies to my location leading to uncomfortable conversations. Ultimately, neither truck had the equipment needed to help me so I was back to square one. I started the process again emphasizing that my car could not go in neutral and they did THE SAME THING! After I saw that two companies were dispatched again I called them to fix the situation. After ~30 minutes they called back and said they cancelled both dispatches because neither had the right equipment... am I taking crazy pills?!

    BMW roadside assistance is the worst!! The operators are in ***************. I have been waiting over three hours. I called the towing company that supposedly was coming and was told there was no order. This happened with 3 towing companies. No order was placed. Do not use BMW roadside assistance!!!

    Unfortunately I cant give zero stars. Hit a pot hole and got a flat tire in ******** on Long Island **. Contacted BMW roadside assistance at 7:45 pm and was told a truck would be there in 90 minutes. 80 minutes later I was told the tow truck had cancelled! It is now 10:30 pm and I am still waiting for another truck to be assigned much less show up! Worst roadside assistance ever. How long is someone supposed to wait for a tow truck to show up with BMW roadside assistance in a major metropolitan area?

    Worst most horrible experience. I was absolutely terrified. I had a flat tire on a major highway in MA. They told me someone would not be there for 2 hours. I sat on the highway absolutely terrified that I was going to get hit as cars flew past me. State police intervened and sent a different towing company to get my car. I had to pay a $200 fee to have this towing company get my car to *** so I could get the flat fixed. When I looked on my app to see where my car was and I called the *** dealership to confirm it was there, they told me my car was not there. This is the epitome of incompetence. The operator got back on the phone and confirmed my car was there but had only arrived 2 seconds ago, which was a big fat lie. I asked to be connected to my "assigned service advisor" from this dealership. Rather than taking my call, he put my call into voice mail. So much for spending $100,000 on a **** because *** service absolutely SUCKS!!!!

    I was stranded on the interstate for nearly 3 hours with huge trucks flying past my car. Their speed was shaking my car. I have never had an experience like this in my life due to the incompetence of this staff. I had a blowout on a highway in nj. They dispatched a tow truck from NY during rush hour traffic. The eta was 1.5 hours. Then when the driver arrived, he was at a different location than I reported and said he couldn't tow me from my current location. *** entered a street location when I was on the highway. The driver said he could not pick me up from the highway So they cancelled that service and you had to dispatch a new company of which then offered a eta of 75 minutes. Their reps offered no solution nor did they show any urgency or empathy towards my issue. When I arrived at the dealership, they were not aware I was coming and not prepared to service me right away.Finally spoke to someone who will review the damage and get back to **** am beyond shocked at how a loyal customer of the *** brand was treated today. I lost time and money dealing with them.

    This company is a nightmare, they have no respect and consideration for the costumers, waiting for 7 hours in the middle of the road for someone help with a flat tire, (they canceled every 2 hours then starting all over again with a new provider , 3 times finally they picked the car and dropped to a *** dealer and off course was already closed, this provider left the car in front of the dealer, with the keys inside and they leftwas 1 AM and when I call the *** road assistance they had no idea what was going on with the carbasically I waist my whole night trying to find out where is my car, and when I asked them who is responsible for this situation, they hanged up on me! Not to mention I was on hold for hours to be able to talk with somebody there!

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! My 2019 X3 locked itself with my keys (and credit cards and phone) in my purse in the front seat (how can this even happen?). I went to my mom's house and called BMW Roadside Assistance on Thursday (Thanksgiving) evening at approx. 9:00pm. Was told they could not do a remote unlock, because the previous owner "purchased the cheap software option" (I recently purchased this vehicle a certified pre-owned from a *** dealership). Thus, was told that they were dispatching someone. Five phone calls and several hours later,...I was told they were having difficulty finding someone. THEY NEVER WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE. This service is USELESS.

    My *** series 6 had a drive malfunction. I called their roadside assistance and they opened a ticket which gave me an estimate of 45 minutes. After 15 follow *** with three different agents and 2 hours later, the support manager called me to tell me that there is no update and a few minutes later she realized the tow company had cancelled the order which she missed. This service is absolutely unreliable and I recommend calling your insurance provider instead.

    *** road assistance offers NO assistance. My son(16 years old) had his *** over heat and stall. He had to pull over into a random neighbourhood. It took 2 hours to evenget a hold of someone at BMW roadside assistance. Once we finally spoke with someone we were told the tow truck would take another 2 hours. We showed up to meet the tow truck driver and he NEVER showed. We called the tow truck dispatch and they informed us that the driver got sent to pick up another vehicle, and we would have to wait until who knows when??? There was no time given.So we had to leave our car parked over night. We ended up dealing with our local *** leadership for tow truck assistance. Road side assistance did absolutely NOTHING to help us.It was a terrible experience for my new driver. I don't wish that on anyone!!!!

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My *** X5 locked itself with my keys (and credit cards and phone) in my purse in the front seat (how can this even happen?). I went to a friends house and called BMW Roadside Assistance on Saturday evening at approx. 8pm. I had to pay over the phone before they would dispatch anyone - my friend paid with her credit card...because mine are locked in the car. My phone and all my credit cards are in my purse....locked inside the car. It is almost 3pm on Sunday afternoon and still waiting. There have been no less than 10 phone calls and 10 text messages over the past 24 hours. This service is USELESS.
