    We have brand new 2024 *** X7 40i made to order from *** factory, 2.6 months into it, stability control fails and car goes Totally Blank in garage, we are told by *** Assistance that it has to be towed to nearest service center, Awful Towing people show up who have no clue seemed as if they never opened a *** before, they were literally watching videos in garage to figure out what to do with the car, Finally after pleading with service center we got their help and they took the car, Now fast forward 7 days or so, a Towing truck pulls over at my house and they want to tow my car, I asked him who sent him after a week, guy spoke no English was very abusive(he spoke only F*** words), Stunning how *** sent this guy after a week without any basis as our car didn't need any towing now and we never contacted anyone, Disgusting ***

    This is my last *** I'll ever buy because of how terrible service I received, and I was about to buy an M car from them. First, the dealer, ********** in *******, was abysmal. I was set on buying, I told the sales rep that over the phone and he said when I arrived my paperwork would be ready and I'd drive away. I arrived and he didn't even show up for another hour, then I had to wait over an hour for the paperwork after that. Then he said he would schedule the onboarding for the car with the 'car genius,' well, he never did and we called and called and then we said forget it. One year later, *** continues to disappoint. We had a flat on the run flats, but after my wife hit a piece of road debris, the tire was completely flat. I called roadside assistance, and after 15 minutes talking to a robot who couldn't understand me, an actual person who was also unintelligible said it would be 2 hours. After 30 minutes of waiting, the tow company called and said they were 5 hours out! In another state...I then waited for the text about Uber credits, but I never received it, so I just got a ride home and the tow truck driver took the car in the morning...I guess I'm scratching *** off my list of company's I'll buy from, too bad because I love the m5 and was ready to buy the new one when it launched. Guess I'll stick to Audi.

    Absolutely pointless service. Refused to help me when I got a flat. I was in a "restricted area" so they wanted me to call a different tow company to tow it to a non restricted area, then call them back to set up a 2nd tow thru them. Car was only getting towed 10miles to dealership. Because *** didn't provide the tow, they also refused to provide me with any transportation. Woman on phone was extremely rude as well.

    I was stranded 15 hours away from home. I hit a pot hole on the actual highway in ******** around 7pm. I pulled off the road like *** told me to and called road side. They dispatched someone and told me it will be 90 minutes. I waited in the gas station parking lot where there were addicts and *** workers. I explained to *** Roadside I'm not from the area and I'm 15 hours away from home. Myself and daughter waited 90 minutes and nobody never came. I called the tow truck driver and the person never answered. I called *** roadside back and informed them nobody is picking up and nobody never came. They then dispatched somebody else. And told me it will be 2 hour wait. Needless to say he came however we didn't leave that area until after 1am just two women sitting in the car alone in a remote area. They dropped the ball and this is unacceptable. They had no communication with the first driver and just assume they would dispatch and the person will show up.

    BMW roadside assistance left me stranded December 2022 and my son had to drive 3 hours to pick me up and take me to a hotel after roadside assistance could not find an Uber to come pick me up nor did the towing service ever come. I had to literally flag down a tow truck myself that took my car to the dealership that I had to pay for. *** have not reimbursed me for any of my inconveniences. If you pay for anything, they will not reimburse you. Currently, my car cut off on me and after 4 hours of being stranded a properly equipped tow truck came to pick up my car and took it to the dealership.

    Our 2023 *** X7 broke down on road in ***** on July 23rd, call bmw roadside assistance that we paid for, we were put on hold over 25 min, hung up on twice, never called back - third call started a open case. However all three told us they could only tow car 90 miles, we were 105 from closest dealership- we then asked what about us, as we had 3 in car with luggage- they all said well we can only get you an Uber for 60 mileswe asked then what? They stated its all they can do! Then they had the audacity to send me a text for a customer service survey- I let them know what happened and put my phone number and email in comments 3 times, and to this date No one has reached out to **!!! The *** dealer said they cant help as the roadside service is a third party- however lets not forget using the *** badging then to find out the ***** the main computer went out and we had to wait over 3 weeks for the part to are from *******!!! We received car back today and dealership says its good to go, however we are very disappointed and worried that this will happen again, our car only has **** miles!! We have been totally disrespected and treated like c*** during this complete process- I still want answers- Hello? *** Roadside Services or *** of ***** *******? Any help? Or is this business as usual for you?

    So can someone explain to me why this service is included when they never seem to be competent enough to send actual help? Is this feature something the dealerships charge extra for because there is absolutely no way people should be paying more than 70k on a *** with this kind of service included. I called roadside assistance at 4pm and was told it would take about an hour *** to get help. I received several text messages stating that a service provider had been assigned only to get another text 20 minutes later saying they were still searching again. I was a bit confused about this so I called the towing company initially assigned to inquire. They told me they had to cancel because there were no drivers available so after 1 hour of waiting I was back to square one. I call roadside assistance again so get an explanation of what is going on and they informed me they were still searching for a towing company. Thankfully I lived no less than a mile away so decided to drive on the run-flat back to my apartment where I can wait in the comfort of my apartment. Well, another hour passes and I just call to cancel the case number and open a case number with my insurance provider instead and within minutes for the help I needed but since it was 6:45 and the closes *** dealer to me was closing at 8pm, it would not be worth taking it now and would have to wait the next day. Horrible experience. *** needs to either remove the feature reducing the prices on their cars or train and better manage this service because it is insane to me that I waited 3 hours for no reason. So much time was wasted. I had errands to run to prepare for a **************************************************************************** bring groceries back home. It could be worse but *** could do SO much better for the price of their vehicles.

    Both time we contacted BMW Roadside Assistance we were on major highways, and we were told they are restricted from assisting ** on those roadways in that area- (The Area That We Live In!!!)However we check with FHP and Road Rangers and were told the only restriction is, they cannot solicit other business, they can only attend to the *** vehicles, requesting the assistance. Both times we were on the phone with them 45 minutes trying to get this taken care of. We finally called a tow company to help ** and had to pay out of pocket. *** roadside service is a horrible, horrible service. That does not help anyone.

    WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!If you call that emergency assistance Forget it, you will sit and wait until the next day.My electronic panel broke, car is only 4 years old (not sure why, taking it to dealer soon ) then the warning for low fuel alarm never announce me I was too low on gas. I needed up with a completely empty tank of n the middle of a super busy HWY. I call the roadside assistance number They contacted multiple people, I kept getting texts help on your way just to get a text or a phone call 5 minutes after with the we wont provide the service. I got around 10 texts / phone calls from local people NONE of them were able to provide the service. I got to a point where I was not sure if somebody else was going to contact me or if I was on my own They had already charged $132 on my credit card ******* police arrive, they game me enough gas to be able to drive to hear Gad station. So bottom line the ONLY time I have needed assistance They were NOT able to help.
