    my 605E (w auto adjust, more expensive) air filter broke and was under warranty, but they sent me the wrong replacement (605 model w no auto adjust speed). Then their customer service is telling me that my warranty and purchase order was not 605E. But pics it was 605E. Then they told me they discontinued the 605E but on their site the 680i model replaced it and there's more than enough units on Amazon store yet they're refusing the send me the replacement still.

    The blueair ice maker we bought new from pioneer sales caught on fire a week after installing. Blue air tried to fix it 4 times and nothing worked. Customer support exact words were *** me. Blue air will not refund nor fix the machine leaving us to take legal action.

    We had 3 and almost 4 fraudulent claims on our credit card by this company within a 2 week period. They were in the range of $250 - 300 each. Luckily we caught it soon and our credit card company refunded our money. We did not have any business with this company.

    The customer service at this company is a joke. My unit started malfunctioning after a few months after ordering it.This is where it gets really weird. I contacted the support team and they advised they will be shipping me a replacement unit. Once I replied to the email, they stopped responding even after multiple emails asking for an update.They definitely seem like a shady company and I would advise you to buy a air-purifier from Amazon that has a lot of reviews as those companies seem to be better when it comes to customer service and standing behind their products.

    I purchased a Blue Air ********************************** less that 3 months of intermittent operation. The fan will not work. **************** is horrible and has ignored my requests to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Reading the other reviews which I wish I had done, I now understand the very poor service I experienced with Blueiar. Wow they are terrible! I ordered from their web site 6 or more months ago and the web site or Blueiar could not ship or operate or whatever. To place the order I had to enter my credit card info and what a mistake. They never did ship that first order which I cancelled from 6 months ago and now they shipped one filter and charged me ****** for that. I told them I did not what auto ship but they did it anyway. Blueair cannot answer their own phones in the US and the calls are farmed out to *****. I'm telling you this company really *****. Never buy Blueair.

    YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. All these abysmal reviews are not for nothing. I too regret buying anything from this company. Somehow listed as privately held but a subsidiary of a publicly traded company *********** I don't care enough to go researching it further. But it sounds about as shady as everyone claims. I purchased a $400 purifier, the Dust Magnet. I cannot find any solid information about how to insert the filters on this item. The arrows on the filters are oddly covered with a polyester tab. Even still, the customer service people use them to tell you how these should be installed even though it contradicts the arrow itself. I have about 50+ different sources of information that all contradict one another on how to do this. Even the pictures and instructions in the manual contradict themselves. As do their website FAQ's, their blog and videos, and the "customer service" number you call. The last call to them, the guy said let me give you what I think and you can tell me if the logic adds up. Note he confirmed he was 100% providing personal conjectures and zero facts. All 6 people I spoke to face differing information and would not allow me to escalate the concerns. Even in Amazon reviews where numerous customers are having the same problem as I am and multiply manufacture reps piped in to give also contradictory information from one another in respite to the SAME CUSTOMER'S INQUIRY! I'd like to add that you should not buy the now reduced price older models as I have yet been able to find the filters anywhere to replace since I bought the first one over a year ago. It's in the landfill already and was only used for 5 months. I have zero recourse. I contacted ******** and they were not helpful at all and said while they are owned bu ********* Blueair has it's own governance and org. She gave me the *********************************************************************** this scenario. This is a garbage company selling garbage.

    Horrible customer service. Dont even think about purchasing anything from this company. I guarantee they will mess up your order, and when you try contact them (IF you can contact them) the will do absolutely nothing to fix it. Save your own time, money, and frustration and CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY TO BUY FROM

    Somehow Blueair got our credit card and charged something on it that we didnt purchase or someone else did. Im a little leery about the company after I talked with a customer service rep. ** said they were in ****** but I looked it up and now theyre somehow in *******. I dont trust him. Sounds like fried to me and theyre getting credit cards and charging people for things they didnt purchase.
