    Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Every time you call it is a 30min wait minimum, usually longer. Then you spend an hour on the phone explaining the issue, and then they still don't fix it. I canceled my subscription program, after a filter went missing in the mail - and it felt like years off of my life trying to get them to resend it. They finally resolved that issue but then - after I canceled and deleted my payment info off of their site - they sent me ANOTHER filter a couple of weeks later that I did not order - and then they emailed me the bill me at the full price. As I do not want to be sent to a collections agency, I spent another hour on the phone working with them to pay the bill. I agreed to pay for the filter if they would charge me the subscription discounted rate of $65. They promised to bill me for $65, so I gave them my credit card number. Two weeks later, I get notified that they charged my credit card $77 dollars without authorization. Now I am terrified they are going to just keep sending me filters and billing me, even though I have canceled. You cannot just return a filter either, you have to spend another hour of your life on the phone waiting to talk to someone to get a return authorization form.Avoid this company if you can!

    very bad costumer service. contacted them that I cancelled my filter subscription as a new order was about to ship. told them not to ship it that I don't need it since I received email that a new auto order was about to be processed. no response of course until after it shipped which was a few days later. told them I want a refund since they charged me of course, only reply I got was a return shipping label with no mention of my question as to why it wasn't cancelled when I first requested.

    I wish I had checked online reviews more carefully before buying my Blueair 211 air purifier. I love the machine. It works great. But I've had nothing but problems with my Filter Subscription since I bought the machine 2 years ago. My subscription orders are confirmed online. But two weeks later, when they are due to ship, I get another email saying my filter subscription has been cancelled - for no reason. It's impossible to reach a live agent in Customer Support, either by phone or ************* I've been on hold for the last 43 minutes waiting for a live agent. I'm beginning to think Blueair doesn't pay for live agents. I agree with **************** below, too. It's the most annoying HOLD music I've ever heard. The BBB needs to downgrade this company's rating immediately!!

    So I'm writing this review as I sit on hold (it has literally been 33 minutes already listening to the most obnoxious choice of on-hold music I have ever heard)... Long story short I live in the ** and needed an air purifier specifically for the time of year when there is wildfire smoke. I have purchased multiple units of the Blue Pure 211+ Auto and the Blue Pure 311 Auto so as to be prepared for this summer/fall. The problem is that they already have a "new and improved " version and I'm wondering how long before the units I purchased will be obsolete since it has already proven to be difficult/impossible to ever get the filters and pre-filters ordered and off of my to-do list. Please be aware that when you set up a subscription you will have to call them ANY TIME you want to make a change to it (such as the quantity of filters and frequency or date of the shipment). Also be aware that you may have to call them EVERY TIME a subscription shipment is supposed to ship and doesn't (and it won't). We have asked them multiple times to change their website so that customers may be able to adjust their subscriptions themselves without having to call but I can say that they have not and I can infer from their lack of action that they DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER'S TIME OR EXPERIENCE. Please also be aware that you CANNOT add pre-filters to a subscription (because that would make sense) and as the customer service agent thoughtfully explained to me, a silly female human who has obviously never done laundry before "You can wash them so you don't need to replace them". Trust me, you can't. You also can't buy them on a regular basis because they are ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE. This has been an expensive ****** that I should have checked into how they treat their customers before I purchased any their products. I'm sure that Blueair would agree that this is 100% my fault.

    Deserves 0 stars. Trying to return undesirable product; emailed and called multiple times- no response, no pick up. Requires return authorization first, limits to receipt within 30 days, but since never communicates- the time runs out and theyve got your money while you are left with the bill and a product you dont want. This is a sham!

    I dont know why the BBB would give this company a B rating. Ive sent them numerous emails asking which filter I should get because their brochure is very confusing. I will NEVER purchase another product from them again. I wonder if they even have anyone working in customer service. They SUCK!!!!! If I could have chosen zero stars, I definitely would have!

    I have 2 Blue Air 411 Auto air purifiers. One of them stopped working and I emailed the company 3 times. I have not, to date, ever received a response. It's not like I wanted a refund or replacement. I just needed some assistance on what to do. ***** wished I had gone on this site first before ever purchasing anything from them. Their customer service is the worst. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I truly do not know how they stay in business!! All I can say is BUYERS BEWARE. They will happily take your money but then they're done.

    Zero customer service. Feels like a scam after I spent **** on purifiers and they dont answer the phone or any email inquiries. They delete bad reviews or people asking where is customer service questions on social media. Buyer beware. Do not buy from blue air!!

    I have written emails requesting Blueair support regarding my non-working 411 model. I have asked that they replace my 411 model given the 2 year warranty with no response from Blueair except for a standard response email stating they have received my email (request (*****)). In addition, I provided Blueair with my purchase receipt and still no response. I am not sure what else to do but give Blueair a poor overall rating for their lack of attention and poor customer service.
