      I was traveling from Milan to ******* then ******** on Flight UA415 on July 3, 2022 and after spending 7 hours at the airport they finally cancelled the flight. I was then put on a different route the next day to Frankfort, ************* then ******** so this added 3 hours to my itinerary and another airport! I had to pay for my hotel with points at the ********************** (value of $300) on July 3rd and pay for dinner and breakfast. My luggage was then 2 days delayed and picked it up from airport. I had to take another day off with no pay. I sent in a request for refund and it has been over a month with no response!! The European law states that any airline with delayed or cancelled flights owe passengers $600 euros. I want the money they owe me!***************************

      I purchased an international ticket to ******, ********. I later reached out to an agent regarding current policies on cancellation fees and was told there would be no cancellation fees/change fees. The agent cancelled my flight and told me I would have a flight credit for the full amount. I was told that I could use my confirmation number to locate my flight credits. My flight credits appeared in my United account for the full amount of $805.14. I later went to book a new flight with those flight credits. My flight credits appeared in their full amount and I was able to deduct them from the total. When I went to confirm payment, I received an error message stating that the booking could not be processed. I contacted customer service via chat. The agent agreed that I was provided misinformation but would not refund the change fee. I have been redirected from customer care, to reservation specialists, to customer service and more, but no one can or will provide me with any help.

      Since I purchased a flight, the cost of the exact same flight decreased by $177. I have spoken with several different employees and each time they either insist they can only help I pay United more money or they suggest that I let it go because prices fluctuate. I understand that prices fluctuate, especially as fuel cost projections change. However, the price for my flight dropped drastically. I was offered a flight credit if I paid an additional $50, but considering I have already paid nearly $200 more than ticket price on that day, I couldn't stomach paying anymore. I could not believe that the company response was for me to spend more to get a partial travel credit. This is very frustrating. I could understand if the price drop was less than $100, but it's not. It's $177. I was told to reach out to United using a specific message platform on the website, which I did. The response to that message took over a week and I was told that messaging system was not checked and I should instead reach out using ************ platforms. I messaged United on ********* and the response was that the ticket price had risen again but it didn't matter because I was past the 30 day window. Even though I had written that I had been trying to get this issue resolved for 3 weeks. The customer care is terrible and I will NEVER fly with United again.

      Yes my wife was in the plane today from ****** to ****** with the United airlines and the flight got delayed once you got there or on the flight got delayed from ****** to So ***** and shes find out her playing is not going to leave tomorrow morning at 10:30 AM arriving ********* 9 PM no help for those people because theyre a bunch an immigrant doesnt speak English no help for United airlines and this is a discrimination and guess the people I dont know where is this going I just hope anybody can help those people tonight through tomorrow morning this is very disgraceful this airline ***** bunch of a*******

      Cancelled flight due to anticipated bad weather. No options to rebook same day and customer service was extremely long wait with no answer. Lost money on rental car and hotel due to the cancellation.

      Fraudulently cancel flights and refuse to refund or provide any accommodation. In the past 3 months we've taken 3 trips and 4 out of 6 of the flights were canceled.

      United Airlines is terrible, the flights aren't good, and they are expensive and if you can't fly they won't give you your money back unless you cancel within 24 hrs of buying the ticket, and the people you talk to on the phone are not helpful at all. I don't want to fly united ever again, yet they are only offering me a voucher for another flight. I tried to cancel my flight over a week before it was scheduled. I'd rather file a complaint with corporate about their policies, but I'm sure I'll get the same unhelpful response I got on the phone with united employees. I was around people at work that had covid and I have proof. I didn't take a test but i have three children and im worried I might be exposed, as well as them, so I don't want to go on the flight at all anymore. I just want my money back but united airlines is too greedy to do that. So I'm supposed to just wait until the tickets expire and waste **** dollars??!! What kind of policy is that??!! It's highway robbery to not be able to give someone THEIR money back after canceling over 2 weeks before the flight leaves during an EPIDEMIC!!

      Greedy airline. They will cancel and change ticket classes when it suits them for new higher price bookings. Avoid!

      They took 2 days of our travel. Their agent who booked the flight gave incorrect info to us. Wouldnt allow us to board without requested documents. Was given 2 days to get it and notarized. Then returned two days later only to not be asked the documents. Instead told something was wrong with a DOB. I paid for a service to accompany my daughter. Didnt get it. Paid and lost that money. I had to walk her through. Paid almost $60 in parking over the two days having them try and check us in. I had to get an employee badge to walk her through TSA and to the gate. They eventually gave her a better seat and wanted to charge me $265 but waived it after I complained. It was a nightmare, a rush and my daughter was on that flight over 14hrs by herself. All I wanted was her to he relaxed and safe. They ruined it. We used our very expensive miles for this trip to surprise her for her 16th bday and they ruined it. I wish they will give me back two days of her trip. Refund my money for accompaniment because that was not given. Refund my parking and toll, gas expenses for an error that was caused on their end.
