      On 15 FEB ******************************************** the covered parking lot of The Parking Spot which recently purchased Park n Fly facility in ***********, **. At the appointed on 27 FEB 2024 I was told I could no longer park in covered parking as the company had "over booked" reservations and I needed to park in the uncovered lot. I agreed and parked in the uncovered lot.When I returned to check out on 28 FEB 2024 I told the person at the check out window that I had paid for covered parking but was prevented from parking there and was due a refund as parking in the uncovered lot costs less. She stated she is only answering phones and cannot help me. She recommended I write an email to seek my refund.I emailed the company on 20 FEB 2024 seeking a refund. I have received no refund and am lodging this complaint.

      Rip off and inconsiderate. Forced me to prepay for covered parking . Then told no spots left made me park uncovered and then offer 14 dollar refund for parking 5 days . I was told 2 times id be fully refunded then they act and sound unconcerned and not care my car was filthy dirty because of it

      Do not use TheParkingSpot! All the reviews are accurate. We had issues with the computer system and reservations. I asked for help on the company website and the response was a reply with a copy of the invoice...period. I also posted on X and that also was ignored. If you have issues, you are on your own. Companies like this won't last forever. Glad I don't work at a place like this because employees will spiral down with the rest of the company execs.

      Landed Saturday night @ 10PM - called Parking *********** to have my Valet Parked vehicle ready upon my arrival. Torrential rain storm on my way to pick up car. Arrived and the driver of van requested that I assist employee in off loading luggage- 3 heavy bags/70 yr old customer - Parked van immediately under awning that was directing a down pour right at the exit of van. My car was not brought to the area for pickup and easy transfer of luggage -Ran into the office to understand why my car was not ready. After a heated exchange with 3 employees at ***** Sat eve, they explained they were short handed. I was drenched and they were lounging in conversation. I was the only customer in the van, at that time of night using valet. Only 1 employee needed with at least a 40 minute notice to prepare my car. Tough trip into ******, braving the rain and turbulence that night. Their apathetic response to my dissatisfaction only added to the stress. Long time customer, never again. Sadly a few bad apples ruined a long term relationship - Take a car service!!!

      DO NOT USE "The Parking Spot", they do not have cameras or security, if your truck is vandalized or anything happens to it, you are responsible. I am out $900 for stolen catalytic converter. Pass this on. I understand leaving valuable and theft from that, but stolen parts off the truck is different

      I reserved a space with The Parking Spot in ******, ** ($159) for uncovered valet parking and shuttle service to ******************.This morning I receive a text notification/reminder with address and phone number of the parking location and the company.I was very impressed! This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and I travel a lot, so I was looking forward to having this great service in my life.The trouble began when the *** brings us to a shopping center, based on the address that came in on the text confirmation: **************************************************************************. There is no parking Spot to be found.We start to panic, given that we have a plane to catch. We call the phone number in the text, which is out of service. That is spelling danger.We then ****** and find another address: ************************************************************** doesnt comfort us. Why two addresses, and one of them bogus?We arrive at the Hampton Inn, #***, and the parking service there doesnt even know what The Parking Spot is!They have no confirmation of my reservation, my name is not in the system, and they have no room for my car.We find yet a third address: ******************************************************** The accompanying photo is of exactly where we are standing: the doorway of the Hampton Inn!Still, they wont park us.There are no recognizable Parking Spot identifiers. No spotted signs or shuttles.We find another phone number for the company, on my bank charge, and it is a fax line!Google gives us the corporate offices line, which is only a recorded message with the email address.So there we were: three fake addresses, two fake phone numbers, a recorded message to go ahead and EMAIL about my emergency, and a charge of $159.Hope this gets rectified TODAY, to prevent further and extreme action on my part. After all, a credit card is involved.And it might be a good idea for a business this size to have a human being available to pick up the ********** A full refund is expected.

      My husband attempted to make a reservation online. He kept getting an error message saying that our card was invalid. Finally, after deleting and re-typing our card number multiple times the order finally went through. The next day he checked his email and never got anything confirming the reservation and they had actually charged our account 4 times for the reservation. We've reached out to the local office and corporate multiple times and they keep telling us that we do not have a reservation. So they taken significantly more money from us than they should have and we still do not have a reservation. No one will call us back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      These people are gouging customers I will never use them again. I called them to complain and got no resolution. They told me they change prices daily but the rates are posted nowhere. I went in the Saturday before Thanksgiving and returned Thanksgiving day. The bill for those 5 days was ****** How dare they ***** their customer for a typical **** a day charge. Next I will be contacting the Georgia DA office to see what can be done about this. Nobody should let any business get away with this.

      I have parked here for years and never had an issue. I parked here from 10/23/23-10/26-23 in a covered end spot. There was no parking spot on my driver side, which was grass. When I returned there was grass all over the driver side of my vehicle and a scratch and scuff above my front driver side tire and I assumed the damage was done with a weedeater or lawn equipment. I emailed and called The Parking Spot and they said they would file a claim. I had to keep calling to get a response. When they finally callled back, they informed me that The Parking Spot was not liable for any damage. This is not good business or customer service and I will not park there again nor would I recommend anyone else to park at this facility if you care about your vehicle. If I could give zero stars, I would.
