      I wish I had something good to say about this insurance company but I do not. They have shown me multiple times that my money is worthless.The four years that I have been with them, there is not one time I missed a payment or was late on one. Yet some how they manage to never meet my needs when I need help. For example, when I got into an accident I had to come out of my pocket to get my car fixed. I have full coverage and it did not cover *********** question is what does having full coverage get you actually? This company only cares about receiving a payment without giving a proper service.

      I was told to get insurance on another vehicle. I had to reinstate a old policy. Could not get me insurance on the new vehicle and would not refund my money. On the old policy.

      I contacted them over the phone to cancel my policy and they told me that they couldnt do that for me, and followed up with saying You have to write a signed letter to us stating that youre requesting to cancel services with us. The lady named classified herself as ****, and said that her manager ***** was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes to explain everything to me and wished me a happy holidays afterwards.. It shouldnt have to take all that much to specify that i want to cancel a policy right after they asked for all my credentials to validate myself

      If I could give this place no stars I would. Boy where do I start?! All this insurance wants is your money, they dont really wanna help you. It took me a whole month to get one question answered. One month! Theyve made a lot of mistakes on their part (way too many to list here) and of course the customer reaps the problems from it. Their customer service is rude, they dont know how to articulate actual sentences that pertains to their jobs. Ive received messages threatening they were gonna cancel my insurance because I didnt give them proper information and to call them asap. Mind you Ive been with them years before this, nothings changed on my part. Called them for them to thank me for being a customer with them!!!?? Can you believe that? As hard as times are you send a message saying youre gonna cancel my insurance but its really to thank me for being a customer? Why do stuff like that to your customers?!? One more year and no more. Stay far away from this place. They only want your money. Im so fed up with them.

      I’ve completed all requirements to close and end insurance with them, however they still continue to call and harass me and request payment after I’ve already spoken to 3 managers. I owe nothing at all and they are aware. It seems as though they just can’t take it that I’m done doing business with them. Leave me alone! This company is a joke.

      in multiple occasions I have called and get told things/actions will be taking place like call backs, paper work etc. and after multiple follow up colds this are not done like I was told.. and they have 0 regards for the misinformation that is communicated. horrible follow thru.

      I contacted insure on the spot to change a vehicle on my policy and had to pay an extra thousand dollars. A week later they kept calling for me to pay my up coming monthly payment that was supposed to be due on the 5th of every month. I asked can I switch the due date because I just paid them a lot of money and they told me no. Since I couldnt pay it on that day I paid it days later and they took my $400 and terminated my policy. This company doesnt value their customers all they see are dollar signs. I would not recommend them for nothing in the world.

      ****** stole my money. Renewed with them but once I found out they doubled my premium I cancelled. Said I had to send a letter which I did and waited. After a month of waiting they said they never got the letter and I had no refund coming. Was only insured with them a day before I switched to progressive but I have no refund coming. Bet they are out of business in 6 months. Scammers

      If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst insurance agency I have ever encountered. I started a policy and my husband was excluded. I tried to call and have it rectified after waiting on hold for 1hour and 45mins, but all the reps seemed to not be knowledgeable enough to assist.I called the very next day only to be told I could not get a refund. Please save yourself the head and go with a reputable insurance company.
