  0 stars for this one, I started a policy for my wife and I the paperwork was sent via email paid in advance ****** they excluded my wife so I called them on it they wanted to charge me almost double so I cancelled the policy the very next morning now it has been a month and still have no notes in their system about returning my money. I have gotten several different stories now and yet no money back yet. The customer service is terrible and rude.i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

  my name is ***************************** i was scam and thinking I had the same policy they stated on a policy only paid $131 and I paid two something they also raised my policy from 140 to 174 where can I file a complaint on them I would like my money back

  Insure on the spot is the kind of Insurance company who hold it's own. For the customer it's like proof of ************************* far as protection coverage for Brand new ride, No one would choose Insure on the spot.But if you had no plates, no sticker, and no driver license, they would be more than happy to offer you cheap and affordable car insurance. (NOT COVERAGE).People know why they use Insure on the spot. I'mma give them 3stars cause I know who they are, and I know why I used them.

  I was renewing my policy and was quoted 2 different prices. I was told last year when I renewed to make certain changes andIwillreceivemorediscountssinceIpay in full. I made those changes and proceeded to pay online, in which I could not. I called in spoke with ******************************* and she was very short with me. I paid an hour later she called me saying her name was ***** and I had to pay an additional $410. She said because I changed the policy and I have 2 -3 weeks to pay it .I tried to tell her I couldn't really talk due to being at work since I knew it would take time to handle this situation. She was very unprofessional and told me she was putting a supervisor on to void my payment. I told her not to and I will be calling when I get off work. Words got exchanged more as she became more rudely. I hung up and found out that she did in fact void my payment when I called back

  I had Insure On The Spot when I was involved in a car accident in 2020. My children and I was rear ended from the back by an suv. I filed a lawsuit and still to this day my lawyer is going back and forth with them. I would not recommend them too nobody

  I have had Insure on the Spot for the last two years and have not had any issues with their service. However I recommended a friend to Insure on the spot and she has had nothing but issue with them. ************************* is the friend I recommended and her car was involved in a hit and run accident when her daughter had the car while it was parked. ***************************** car has been in storage since March 17, 2023.First Insure on the spot denied her claim stating her daughter was a resident and frequent driver of the car, ******* proved her daughter had her own address with leasing information and provided the police report to Insure on the spot. ******* was then approved for her car to be fixed, and asked to call when the car shop was ready two day prior to the date. She called and now Insure on the spot stated her claim was denied, due to no police report which was provide earlier. Now she is still waiting on an appeal and approval for her car to be fixed to this day June 20, 2023 with no responses from Corporate. ******* stated wait times are longer than an hour for some to even answer the phone.This is very concerning to me as this can really have an impact on your life as a working adult.Has anyone else experience anything like this with Insure on the spot?

  These people put a at fault accident on my record after I followed all steps police report report of being hit because I wasnt the one who hit anyone! I filed a claim and went thru h*** just to be marked as thw at fault driver? Not to mention money hungry and terrible policies. DONT GO HERE PLEASE

  I should have read the reviews before purchasing insurance. They bogus a** he'll, n just money hungry I would never do business with this company again and I will suggest others shouldn't do business with them either. And to be honest they need zero Stars I didn't want to give them the one.

  Horrible customer service! Horrible staff! First they make you wait on the line for at least 45 minutes before you say hi to someone, then quickly after they hang up the phone on your face. If you happen to go to their branches, they make you wait 20 minutes just sitting around while no one is on the line. Then they have this attitude to not help you at all. They actually visibly get upset and annoyed by your questions and requests even though you need to fix some insurance issues with them through DMV. And ironically the issue started with their horrible service to begin with. I wish there was a ZERO star option for this one. They are seriously ridiculous!

  *************************** February 14 at 3:03 PM Shared with Your friends I sent this letter to 2 newspapers in the last 1/2 hour.The ad on TV titled, "Insure on the Spot," should be taken off TV. I'm saying this because of the car is shown fish-tailing the wheels, and scribbles on the pavement from the many loops from the tires. I believe drivers that do this in parking lots call it, "Drifting." The Insure ad seems to promote it. It is dangerous and they even do it on streets. You would think an insurance company would be against this sort of behavior. I suppose they think people will surely want insurance because there's crazy drivers out there waiting to make you and your car a victim.
