      I shouldve read the reviews first ???????I been on hold for more then some days I been calling no answer I never saw a insurance company like this Im not paying **** next month Finding me a new company first thing Monday

      This agency is the face for sh!tty insurance companies never conduct any business with them they will play you out your coverage American alliance insurance is trash look at thier reviews on ****** on bbb you will see these places are jokes and need to be shut down. From the government this is a scam

      It has been long time in May I cancelled my policy till now I call every day for my refund they r fraud I paid for 2 months I had policy only for 33 days they r not refunding my money everytime when I call someone will answe they send cancellation letter and new policy copy but no reply PLEASe don’t take these kind of cheap where they never return no proper customer service FRAUD

      I don't know if the company is near being Bankrupt or what. But they send me 100's of emails about the same thing over and over.. common sense should be.. I know I will need insurance. i know I'm using them as insurance, If i dont pay them.. either I don't need insurance or I chose anther company. Seems like sesame street characters runs this office

      This is one of the worse companies I know. I was in an accident and had to wait an entire year for them to fix my car. I lost my job because they took to long to fix my car. And now I am in the same situation once again and this *** it's been over a month and they claim to still be on vacation. This is very unprofessional. And they claim to never have a supervisor. I have been calling them for over a month about my car and still haven't received any info. I am getting a lawyer as I stated to them from my previous claim. Because I will not loose another job because of this companies lack of professionalism.

      After years with Insure on the spot I was persuaded to go to another company to my disappointment I returned to Insure on the spot and it felt good to be back had answers to my questions and not have me wait for 2 days for an answer it's good to be back home and to a trusted company.

      I wanted to leave this review ...I broke down and called for a tow 4 hrs later no tow an still stuck on the road ...I got roadside assistance it covers 45 dollars an tows start at 75 to hook up I'm 2 miles from home an an had to walk home in the dark ..after being told 200 DOLLARS because it's after hrs I'm disabled on social security an an army veteran this is really such a great insurance company they can't offer no kind of help to get my truck 2 miles but you tell me I got to pay out of pocket thanks for leaving me stuck last night ...if I can leave no stars I would have
