  I am rejecting this response because:  I filled out their business form to remove and delete my personal information from their site and their records,  and sent their form to them on the same day I filed this complaint with BBB.  Their response is for me to fill out their form again.  So now, I've submitted the same form twice to have my information deleted.  Citizens should not be placed in harm of scams and other unjust actions because this business exposes the personal information of others to recklessly promote their own agenda by publicizing information that they do not own and did not have authority to promote nor publicize. Now I have to jump through hoops to "authorize" them to remove information that "I never authorized them to expose."  I will only accept their response when their actions match their standard written response to BBB.  They need to remove my personal information from their sites and their records, this includes my relatives, all addresses, phone numbers, ages, historical references, etc. related to my name and my relatives.  In this age of computer hacking, overexposure of  information, business scams, hatred and other types of harmful and/or criminal actions it is reckless behavior for CyberBackgroundchecks.com business to exploit the personal information of any citizen.

  See instructions below from Cyber Background Checks that they publicize on the web..  This is on their site and I have followed these instructions multiple times without receiving results that reflect honor and integrity.  The instructions below say nothing about filling out the form multiple times, nor does it indicate the need to provide any links to them; and the instructions below require the consumer to give them more "personal information" just to get the personal information they already publicized removed.  This exposure is harmful!

   

  Instructions on Cyber Background Checks website read verbatim as follows - "How do I remove my name from cyber background check? In short: Go to the Cyber Background Checks opt-out page at ********************************************** and fill in your details.   This company is illegally selling my information to the public and selling false and illegal information to the public as well. I have a court order that shows that all companies, and/or government agencies must remove or cease to sell my information or post false information about me on their websites or databases. This is illegal and I have tried to opt out..and what the company (Cyberbackgroundchecks.com) does is intentionally put in your wrong city on the "opt" out form, so that it automatically is unable to locate your name and remove your file. If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will take legal measures and sue ************************** for violating my rights and the illegal distribution of my personal information and for also selling falsifying information about me. I've called their customer service number and you don't even get to speak to an actual human being or customer service representative. This is another level of negligence that this company has.

  I am rejecting this response because: I'm rejecting tehri response because they are lying. They have me listed on their website with my full name, and twice listed with just the initial of my first name alongside my last name, I'm the only person who lives at that address with that name and initials. I went on their website just now at 3:40 pm on 10/24/2022 and saw that both listings are still their and they are also lying about selling court information on me as well. I will supply screenshot where they are encouraging potential consumers to purchase their plan, and they can "unlock" my court information which in fact is illegal. I have also emailed them stating this yesterday in an email, and also I opted out over 5 times and they continue to deny that and do anything about the removal of my information, and the selling of false information. I'm also not ***************************************** with my full name as 39 years of age, and other listing on my with just my first initial and last name with the age 72 there which is false as well. No one but me in that residence has this name or initials. You can even see in you put my full name in the search tool both accounts for my residence shows up. I will attach more proof and documentation of them lying. Also, many times in the opt out form they intentionally put CA (********** as the state) and you can't even change it. I don't know if that's a computer or program error on their part but it doesn't help customers trying to opt out successfully.
