SCAMMERS LIARS... I told "*********************" in an unsolicited phone call I did NOT want to refinance and maybe a "home equity loan" only as my interest rate was low and I did not want to refinance with a higher interest rate. (I get these calls EVERY day and dozens of emails)... "NO PROBLEM" he said, charged me $495 for an appraisal fee AND $95 for a "termite inspection" which is good for FIVE years. I've only been in my VA funded home THREE so the LAST inspection was STILL good! THEN, when it came down to signing the document they wanted to charge me $20K for a $40K loan at 6% interest... DOUBLE my current rate!!!! HE LIED TO ME! CHARGED ME OVER $550 AND BASICALLY SAID FU! My loan would have gone from 240K to nearly 300K. ******! I'm 67 years old and trying to pay my house off... NOT get screwed in the back side. RUN AWAY FROM THESE JERKS! They even "spoof" their phone number when you don't accept their lying scamming calls!The Federal Savings Bank

5 starsThe process from start to finish was smooth sailing , loan officer was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions in a timely manner , even on the weekends , would recommend this bank to family and friends , only draw back was the funding part so far 2 days and nothing in my bank account , this needs work , otherwise overall oustanding!Review fromEric M

Their loan terms were very competitive, everyone was very friendly (shout out to ************************* and his team!), and the loan portal was easy to use. Overall we felt like the whole process to close on our new property was well organized thanks to their customer service. Highly recommended!
