      Our impression left by working with the federal savings bank! Is nothing short of flawless, priceless, and heaven sent. For me and my wife we felt we were getting the run around about our veteran benefit's that we both earned and have! Local banks calming to have worked with fellow veterans and offer full VA loan services and products. Just was not true without a huge cash to close. Well with one goggle search and a conversation with Ms. ******* ******* we found our person we wanted to do business with and that she would take care of our building and mortgage needs. We truly appreciate her and her team for making this process so transparent, smooth, easy and professional. May God bless you ******* an your team. Thank you sincerely for taking care of two retired 30 year Marine Veterans we will remain forever grateful and fortunate for meeting you.

      I just wanted to share with everyone how smooth and efficient the entire mortgage application process has been with ****. I'm a first time homeowner and the patience and clarity in regard to what I needed to submit as well as the overall timetable of what comes first and what comes second was absolutely A+.       10 year loan and *** never missed a payment. I asked to pause payments on my VA loan due to escalated situation and told I need to do a 500 burpees just to have account flagged when I just wanted to know my options. **************** *** was uneducated and short because I knew the options available to me. *** was asking all these personal questions then said we will mail something to you. Why not send the packet and let me fill it out rather than recording my entire personal life on the line and still asking more questions to then say I cant stop the flag i started in 5 mins but itll take 5 days to get the packet and 30 days to get a decision. This is one of many interactions with this bank and I hate that I cant change banks due to 2.9% rate Im holding onto.

      My loan agent was great was always there to answer my questions and walked me through the process every step of the way. The following review is for the VA Board.The VA funding fee should be a flat rate not a percentage of the loan. The ** is supposed to help keep cost down and make the loan affordable. For the fee you charge, it's basically the interest the Vet would have saved by getting the lower interest rate. A lot of us Vets put their lives on the line by being in war and those who volunteered to join with the anticipation of going to war but ended up in peace time. Having served our country should be enough to get an affordable loan without having to pay for points for a low rate and outrageous funding fees.Signed ******

Shes very professional, knowledgeable, and responds in a timely manner. She went above and beyond! She assisted my brother and I with the purchase of our new homes.       I spoke with *** ***** regarding a Heloc loan. He was very rude. I told him I did not want a hard pull on my credit. He laughed and said okay and asked me for my information. 5 min later I got a notification that my credit score went down 5 points due to a hard inquiry. My credit is already bad enough. Thanks ***. I left a voicemail with his boss and have gotten no answer.
