      Great team to work with. There was constant communication and follow-up throughout the process. I would recommend them to first time homeowners as well as seasoned professionals.

      Aliyah was extremely prompt, professional, and supportive throughout the entire loan process. Her communication and industry knowledge allowed for a smooth experience that provided reassurance, calmness during what can be stressful moments, and understanding, especially for someone like me who was not only a first time home owner but also learning everything for the first time. Having Aliyah actually helped me learn and understand what I was getting into and what each step in the process meant. I cant thank Aliyah enough! We are so happy with how everything turned out and are extremely grateful for all of her efforts in making this next chapter in our lives come true. 10/10 experience

      Process was fine in the beginning, the agent **** ******** then disappeared for a week when important documents were needed and delayed closing. He claimed he was in the office the whole week but we were met with out of the office auto replies. The dont sent documents on time and their favorite word to use is hopefully and they havent had one successful hopefully happen during this transaction. From both mine and my agents perspective their underwriting department is slow and unorganized at best. I have reached out to the ** and the companies leadership but I highly recommend using a different company.

      I refinanced my home sept-Oct 2024. After going through the process and everything going through I sent my payment for November. They sold my loan off to ************ services which is a smaller branch of Federal Savings Bank. Federal Savings Bank has not sent my first payment over to ***. After many calls and messages and being told over and over that it will be handled, nothing has been done. Federal savings kept my money and now my pHH account is showing that I am 45 days late. Neither bank wants to talk to the other. Federal savings is the absolute worste experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Please do not ever use them. Im now having to pay double in order to get current. And thats money I dont have since Federal saving kept 2500 and didnt apply it to my loan.

      **** E and his underwriting team were stellar. They were super responsive and moved quickly. Our refinance was the least stressful mortgage experience we've had yet. I am grateful we decided to go with this company, and I would definitely recommend them.

      A couple months ago, I applied for equity loan. ***** *****-********* was the mortgage banker that worked with me on this process. After quick checking my credit score and papers, she said that i qualify for a loan. She stated that everything will go smoothly and that i shouldn't worry. She said that the bank will accept our qualification for the loan. Later on in the process, she proposed that if i wanted more money on my loan, i need to do a property valuation which costed $500. Had to wait long for that property valuation to happen, and it took a while to get a hold of Edyta through her contact. Then we received an email from our bank that our Application was Denied. When i tried to call her about the application being denied and wanting to have the $500 returned to me. She said "That is impossible" but she can use the appraiser for refinancing for the home loan. Personally that wasn't a good option for me. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. This feels like a scam just to take easy $ deposits from clients. Stay away, they are scammers.

      I refinanced through Federal last year. It was an easy process and done in a reasonable period of ********, Federal has reached out to me as I am a veteran and since the interest rate has gone down I am eligible to refinance again and take out some cash. I started the process about three months ago with the representative. The process has been a total disaster! Underwriting continues to ask for more and more information treating me like a bad person. You are now using a third party to dig into my finances. Really!Now they want to pay down what little I owe (some cards as low as $30 to $75 and loans for the most part below 25% balance based on the amount I am approved for is wanted. My good credit and low balances is why I was wanting to take out about $30k in cash. Now, if approved, it will be about $15k you directly paying off credit balances.Using the funds from my last refi, I was able to pay everything off and get my credit score up to 745. Now, you are asking for unreasonable information and it is getting more than frustrating. It's getting ridiculous! To make it worse, I am in your marketing online system and just got a request today to come to you for a refinance opportunity. OMG!Please drop me from your contact list immediately!

      **** ****, VP, telephoned early one morning and said the magic words "let me help you get your credit score to 750". What was so cool is those are words I used and use in my daily affirmations, therefore, I was sold. We had already dealt with other companies trying to secure our business, however, they seem to fall by the waste side! **** was so supportive, professional and caring. It began with the termite inspection report being on the wrong document, to paying down debt. **** was by my side. From the termite inspection to closing, **** made sure every T was crossed and every I dotted! You see, my loan was one no one wanted to touch, but for divine intervention and **** **** being on top of the situation, were we able to close, just like he said. It was an emotional time for all of us, but I couldn't give up, **** wouldn't let me. I love what transpired with this refinance process and would do it all over again with **** **** and The Federal Savings Bank! ******
