      ******* and her team were phenomenal! Always available to answer any questions and very attentive. One thing that I appreciated was when one of Siomaras team members ******, said to me "there are no dumb questions". That made me feel very comfortable to ask anything, even if I felt it was a ridiculous question. Thank you to this whole team, you guys are great!

      I hate refinancing cold calls, yet Im happy with the results of this one. I didnt want to refinance, but I needed money for home repairs. My interest went up about 2% with this refinance, but I got the money I needed and am paying off all my credit cards. This transaction will save me money in the long run. I have refinanced a few times to get lower interest rates and clean up my credit after my husband passed from cancer. Your Federal Savings Bank was the most thorough in paperwork needed and processing the whole transaction. I dont think Ive had a more thorough transaction since I bought my first home in ****. Thank you to ******** and her team. Im grateful.

      Initially I searched on the web to find the best interest rate for my investment property and found FSB provides the best rate I can find, which was *****% as of June 8, 2022.But the next day, the Banker said the interest rate is ****% because my loan doesn't fit with the product, even though I gave the necessary information to decide what product I need.I was kind of OK with that initially, which the banker may miss, though.Then when I got the loan estimate doc later, and the rate went up again to 5.0% and the banker said the market rate went up.It's the loan officer's due diligence to lock with the best rate.I also mentioned the closing day will be July 7, which was delayed one week further as you can imagine and my realtor had hard time talking with the seller agent.My realtor also give me credit in the addendum, which was not added into the final loan doc.Overall, the bank was not able to keep his words regarding the rate and was not able to communicate with customer.

      The team was very helpful and communicative during the whole process which made everything go quite smoothly. They were patient and understanding with delays in getting necessary documents and were always available when I had questions. When there was an issue that came up, they worked hard to make it right. I have now done both my first mortgage and refinance with Federal Savings and would go through them again if I ever needed to.
