  I brought a 2012 dodge journey from the auto warehouse in November here it is march and they telling me that my car need a new motor and I have to pay for it they knew the car was bad when they sold it

  Im sorry but they rip off given people car that doesnt last 2 day one you leave the lot since I had this suv from this place not but trouble with this lemon and that not right t take people money and put them and a piece of s*** that doesnt last two days I call these people asking them can they help me out my suv stop on me can yall help me out I need more time they tell me they cut the car off how the truck been down almost 2 weeks how do I supposed to get to work? I cant make no money with out my car not working I try telling them that they wasnt trying to hear s*** I was saying this place need to be out of business they take your money and dont help the people who keeping them in business Im getting me a lawyer

  We need a new law for these car lots shouldnt sell no use cars for ****** or ****** with no high value cars they selling these used vehicles like they new and they not all you car should be under 3 warranty and under **** on use vehicles

  Hey I f***** hate this place they have bogus cars they get from auction dat be tore the f*** up.. the company say they do ***************************************** they dont do s*** I want never recommend them plz stay far away poor communication skills poor management poor representative jus all around f*** up place the whole company from ******* to Aurora to ******** this a big scam if u want yo credit yo pls go elsewhere Im telling yall this for a reason I kno how dealership go I use to work for one but the Auto warehouse is the most scam place in the Chicagoland areas please stay away

  In speaking to the staff, I was told I didn't need any money down, when I purchase a car. When I got there, they asked for a thousand dollars to fifteen hundred dollars. However, while purchasing the car, 2012 ******* Sonata, they asked for a thousand dollars down, and within 7 days the engine light came on, they never stated to me that I had to make 2 monthly payments, they lied and now I have to make 2 payments a month, and the same day I pulled off the lot, the car need an oil change, better tires, and windshield wiper fluid and anti-freeze. It was a shame when I taken the car back to be repaired the staff treated me cold, and was not concern with my issues. I will never buy another car from there and will encourage others to not to buy and don't be fool by when they say no money down, and please check you payments a month.

  Auto **** a waste of time my 2011 truck been in service 4 times since I had it for the same problem they supposed to had fixed they call you for a payment but lie about fixing the vehicle I got the truck April 5 took it back may 4th got the truck back June only for it to be doing the same thing they need to shut down selling lemons people work hard for their money and looking for a good car not a lemon an ****** for 2011 is crazy and only a 30day warranty me and my kids almost lost of life on the highway for something they said they fixed and it was hanging and truck fished tail 4 times on the highway

  My name is ********************* and I bought a 2014 Kia ******* from the auto warehouse on ****** and put down $1500 for it on May 21,2022. On June 24,2022. The car blew ** in flames. They did not check the vehicle until after July 5th. They finally checked it and they say it is a engine issue . This place is selling lemons. I feel like Ive been used. To get another vehicle they want me to pay $500 for another vehicle $752 for the past due and $500 deductible for the truck. They got the truck back in 32 days of having it and I havent even payed my first car note yet. This place is a waste of money and overpriced. I regret working with them. There warranty is 30 days and this happened in 32 and they wont even work with me. They just want money from me. I see all these reviews and I am so angry I spent all that money for a lemon.
