      I'm only giving it one star because the young lady working with me was pleasant otherwise they get a zero. The advertisement states everyone drives with a guaranteed approval but when I went in they refused me unless I had a co-signer. I did not see any wording of limits apply. On top of that they wanted a huge down payment. I understand my credit is currently challenging, but in my years of experience in buying cars. Number one I have never put a down payment or had to use a co-signer. But the point is their guaranteed approval is not guaranteed at all.

      Horrible i have had the car for 30 days and within that 30 days i have been to she shop 4 times with major repairs. They give you the run around ..the first week of me having my vehicle the car broke down they say you have a 30 day warranty but they will not get you a tow truck.. they will not provide a rental or a loaner vehicle.. this had been the worst experience of my life purchasing a vehicle. I will never deal with them again. And please make sure u read all ur paperwork and have them print it out

      I got a car from Carfect on 8/31/2023 the car has to go to the shop because the engine light was on in which they said was a censor, I called the service **** 8/1 for an appt which was set for 2wks, they looked at the car and said I have to wait for socks and that a holes was disconnected that they reconnected. Once I picked the car up it was driving worse than before- the car stalls badly, it doesnt go over 50miles, it has a roaring noise. I called and texted everyday most times no response or a response and they tell me they a call back of course no call back. The service **** finally called and said the socks came in and the appt was 8/29. The car stopped on me 4times total and I had to get it towed and pay out of pocket, I then had to buy a new battery and have it put in this was Sunday 8/27, I took the car to service 8/29 and was told for the other concerns other then the socks I would have to leave it for days. I then had to pay out of pocket for a rental to get to work and my kids to school, I called the payment **** Monday 9/28 to explain I had to pay out of pocket for repairs and rental as the car they sold me or financed me has been giving me problems since 8/1!! I was told by a rep that once the car is out of the shop submit my receipts of everything, he told me do not pay the note wait. I get a call today at 4:20 saying I have to pay my note or else I cant pick the car up from the service ****. The rep I spoke with today told me to ****** the money to pay. This has been the worst experience of my life. I dont recommend no one to do business with the company as they will not stand by there word. The car still dose not drive right and they can care less.!!!

      Very unprofessional and they over price individuals for cars that is not reasonable or the real value of the vehicle The Auto Warehouse sales to you! To everyone who reads this never go there and purchase a car u will regret it!

      I think this is the worst dealership I've ever done business with I purchased a vehicle that only lasted two months which broke down on the highway in the middle lane in traffic with my mom and dad witch was traumatic for us all the took a week to respond to my calls refused to accommodate me with another vehicle and wants me to pay out my pocket for a new motor witch was on there negligence on selling me a vehicle they new should have not been on the lot yet along on the road I will never recommend this business to anyone also let everyone know how bad of a business they are I wish I had never done business with this dealership, if I had to rate this business it would be a minus 5 star garbage

      Terrible i traded a car in and the car they gave me was making loud noise the air dnt work and it has a wiring problem. The problem started happening the second week the manager **** took my car to a different location to get it looked at faster w/o and appointment after he told me he made an appointment. I spent $70 a day in Ubers to get to and from work i called the shop for info on my car and they said its gone take them 2/3 days to look at it. And **** told them thats fine w/o discussing it with me and when i asked him he said *** he thought it was ok. I asked him for my car back now and said he not giving it back until he get the title to the car i traded when i already told him it take 3/4 weeks for it to come. He hung the phone up while i was talking and tryna hold my car I dnt recommend nobody to go here. My friend car broke do after her 30days and her sister car caught on fire the first week. And my car been breaking down since the 2nd week i had it.

      They dont deserve not even a 1 star , Never again this has been the worst experience, the manager **** had little to no customer service and literally ignored anything i was saying i traded a working car for a car that has been in the shop for going on 10 days and still there till this day i drove the vehicle for 2 days its so unfortunate and when you do call the service department its also very not reliable because and all the information is by second hand because the girls that answer arent even the mechanics so when you get the information it isnt thural and every department from the dealership to finance company to the service department need to know how to communicate and need training on how to have great customer service because this aint right and communication goes along way this place ignore you and do not care once youve purchased a car from them, they call you a million times to buy a car and once you do they pretty much throw there hands in the air as thats it the customer now hows a huge problem and they keep doing this to other customers its so unfortunate.

      I give two thumbs down i traded in a **** good car just to get a lemon from them it stayed in the shop more then I drove it then they gave me a different car that needed some work but never got done I just kept getting call next week, call next week then a month pass still nothing then I was 11 days passed due the shut my car off and took it now im without any car THANKS A LOT NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND GO HERE and I know someone else they got there car took and this person had just purchased the car this messed up they really don't care its all a game and lies DO NOT GO HERE!

      They show me a 2015 GMC terrain I brought it back the next day because my backup camera does not work correctly it's blurry there's a rattle under the truck's the emergency brake does not work correctly or at all the car moves when you put it on it's rusted all around the framing under the *** I did not notice it because I want to go look at it after work and it was already getting dark it look good I didn't notice anything till the next day and there were scratches and rust and they're charging me $16, 000'I brought it up to their attention all they did was look at it and did not repair nothing now I have to buy a warranty on the side I will never ever tell anybody to buy a vehicle from this place ever they are deceiving people

      I bought the car, havent even had it for two week and theyre asking for the car back after not acknowledging of the 2 weeks payment. I said I wasnt aware of this or told. I didnt get my contact paperwork either. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful with me. She said you obviously cant afford the car so come to the dealership and give it back. I work at a car dealership myself and that was extremely disrespectful. Not only has it not been two week gave and I gave them almost 4K and theyre refusing to give it back. I believe this to be very illegal. I dont recommend getting a car from them and Im currently fighting to get my money back and they can have the car back which I believe to be fair.
