I would go with Motorola Edge Plus 2022, because this reminds me of what I have missed with OnePlus 8T, and I was unsatisfied with iPhone 12 Mini having no games.

I bought 2 razor 2023 and have had nothing but problems with them I spoke to customer service about my warranty and I only qualify for a certain repair policy which is to send our phones in and be with out phones till they fix them and send them back so I told them I can't afford to be with out a phone or my wife then she comes back and said well we can send you two refurbished razors 2023 but want a $300 deposit so now I qualify for the other premium if I give you $300 deposit don't make any since when she told me I qualify for the lower plan that I will have to send our phones in and be without our phones can't afford to not have a phone who can now days I will never get any type of Motorola

I am writing this to possibly get a resolution for a Razr+ 2024 that I have purchased through ********. I have noticed that motorola hasn't released a single system update for the phone since launch and it is getting passed even the Bi-Monthly update schedule as of September 2024 with the patch being all the way back in June 2024, which is a 4 month gap where by then should be near 2 updates into the lifecycle of the phone. I feel like consumer protections for misleading and deceptive practices should be in effect as they (Motorola) have yet to push a single update potentially putting security and personal data at risk where in a world where it matters more now than ever.

Motorola is the a horrible company.I bought a G style phone for my 94 year old mother. It was sent back to them to due factory reset and its been 2 months and the company is and has not dealt with my issue. I have a tracking number and still they tell me they can not find it. It was only 300 but after 3 months you would think they would resolve this issue.BAD SERVICE.I personally will never buy anything from them. I will never refer anyone to them. At 74 I never have debt with such a rip off company.I have an awesome credit score because I believe in paying your just bills. This company seems to not follow the honesty and integrity of their establishment.

Ordered one model of phone from the company website and received a far inferior several hundred dollar cheaper model instead. Besides multiple calls and emails customer service has done nothing to help several weeks later, will have to cancel the card payment if not resolved soon.

I am a long time Motorola customer since 1972. I am 70 years old and have used several different devices from bag phones and CB radiod to cell phones in my life. I have always been very satisfied with Motorola's products and service, till now. I purchased a new phone online with a trade in that was rated as $40 trade-in. I received my new phone transferred all information to the new phone sent the older phone Motorola back to the company as told. By the time all said and done and was time to receive rebate the rebate was down to $2. They said that the phone was broken and didn't work properly and I know for a fact when I send it in because I take care of my phone that it was in perfect condition. I was not told to take a picture of the phone before I sent it or anything so I have no proof other than my word, it cost more to ship my old phone to and from Motorola for $2. I understand now that ***** is the main owner of Motorola which is now part of ******, I even called twice and they inform me that without a picture there was nothing they could do about the rebate. Like I said I am 70 years old and I know for a fact that they're reputation was better than this before the transition. I also explained I will never use their equipment again and anyone I talk to I will tell this story. I realize it's probably won't do any good but I wanted to get it out there for people to know. Good luck in your choice of electronic equipment. Because there is more than one way to fraud and scam people.

As the trade in devices are handle and shipped with Phobio. If the device was received damaged, they would update you accordingly. Motorola does not handle the trade in device. And if the trade in device is rejected, the trade in value would need to be paid. We recommend reading all terms and conditions of trade in before purchasing.

The customer placed the order for the device in September of 2023. As the device would not be in the buyer's remorse period of 14 days from delivery, a new phone replacement would not be an option. The warranty options were provided to the customer. They chose the repair option. If the device is unable to be repaired, we will send out a like for like, certified like new replacement. We consider this matter resolved.

Razer flip less than a year old with bubbles on the screen. Over 4 hrs phone time with Motorola hung up on several times. They want to take your phone. This is not acceptable in this day. Everyone uses their phones for multiple reasons on a daily basis. When asked if they don't provide customer service that is customer friendly, I was hung up on yet again. So I will have a bubbled screen. They should replace the phone for the cost as it is under warranty for a full yr. I will not purchase another Motorola anything and would highly recommend to anyone else not to purchase from them. They'll sell a nice looking product but then become arrogant and argumentative when asked for repair. Shame the n them. Shame on me for being cheap and not sticking with ******* which ever be used for the last 15 yrs.

The customer reached out to us and was advised a repair was needed to fix the screen protector. For this option, the device needs to be sent in. The customer refused to send in the device to repair the screen protector, they repeatedly hung up on our agents and refused to listen to the agents explanations. The customer can call us to set up the screen protector repair or go online to set it up.
