      History of Homes Class I just completed the History of Homes class and just wanted to say that the instructors, ************************ and **** went above and beyond my expectations. The class was also fun and had a lot of interaction. I strongly recommend taking this class to further your knowledge of Home Inspections and everyday knowledge. I Highly Recommend taking this class.

      This is a great experience, instructors are wonderful and they do care for their students. They have good customer service as well! They deserve more than five star, they go beyond.

      This past weekend I had my in-person training with 2 great instructors. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home inspections. I highly recommend choosing this school if you are thinking about being a home inspector.

      ***** was a wonderful teacher. He was encouraging to everyone a kept a great pace while allowing room for his personal stories and for students to share theirs. Some hands on time with an instructor in a practice setting would be the only additional learning I would have like to see.

      I cannot express how much this course has change my life and way of thinking. My confidence each day as the course went on and ***** is the thing for that. As a contractor I came in thinking I knew more than I did. After meeting ***** and witnessing his passion and the comfortability of teaching with high energy, it made it so much easier to understand everything. From day one to day ten, the class transitioned to a family and I want to say THANK YOU so much. ***** and ****** are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any training in home inspecting!

      ***** and ****** are passionate about preparing students for success. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of the Home Inspection industry. The training environment felt like a family gathering, where everyone was comfortable while participating in the individual and group exercises. Over the past week, *** established friendships and accountability partnerships with several of my training brothers. I'm glad that I choose ICA and I'm looking forward to furthering my Home Inspection service offerings.       I just finished the *** HOME Inspectors Course in ************ ********. The class was way above my expectations. My instructor was ********************* and his wife ******. I was really impressed by their passion for the Home Inspector industry. They both were very knowledgeable about all aspects of home inspections. They made everyone feel like family from day one! All the classroom instruction with a lot of ****** stories of his 24 years of experience drove *************** he was teaching in the class. We were able to do 2 Home Inspections with ***** and ****** who were just fantastic about answering all our questions ensuring we were comfortable with all aspects of a Home Inspection, everything from the inspection itself to how to properly write a report and how to explains everything in the report so the client understood. I am confident I will have no problem with the state exams. If I had to rate ***** and ****** course on a scale of **** it would easily be a 15. Great course!!!!!!!

They both provided essential input and knowledge for home inspectors entering this field or who have been in the industry for a few years. They provide the opportunity to have insight into the trials and tribulations of a master inspector when starting out and throughout their entire career. In addition, ******* extensive financial acumen helps your company be successful. This boot camp class will help you accelerate your learning curve. They have over 50 years of combined experience and knowledge. The program gives you greater confidence and ideas when approaching realtors offices to help build stronger relationships and opportunities. You receive business resources, insight, and information on website development. There is an excellent discussion on social media and business networking ideas from what has worked and what has not, streamlining your reviews and expanding your services to grow your business and additional revenue streams. Minimizing and professionally handling issues and incidents that can arise.You are developing the confidence to create trust with your client in the first five minutes before the inspection starts. In addition, you will be considered family; this is ***** and ******* philosophy. Very few people give out their phone numbers. When you need a resource, or I highly recommend this boot camp, the time you save from avoiding the pitfall and missteps will pay you back tenfold. If time is money, this program will afford you the knowledge and opportunity to save time by minimizing costly mistakes.
