  On 11-23-2022 I paid my balance with Cash Net ;I was due a refund of$407.; I have emailed several times and did the chat also several times.. i was told it takes 45 days to receive. On the last chat I was told to look for email saying it was on way. that was week of 1-17-23. I have not received an email or refund. I was told it was being processed. I am now sure this is a stall tactic and not ethical. I am a senior citizen. that refund was going to help with groceries etc. I really hope this can be resolved soon.

  I was today contacted stating I had a $400 loan and that as of today's date (9 - Jan - 23) I owed $1,280 and threats to take me to court. I have NEVER had an account with this business - never even heard of this business until this date. I have asked for documentation showing this debt is mine; however, I am now hearing crickets. While this company is a legit, PREDATORY, loan company, I do not owe any money to them.I look forward to receiving any response and will update if any is received.

  I received a loan during Covid and was under the impression that my payments would be 333+ each month, but it turned out to be 333+ twice a month making it 666+ each month, there wasn't any way that I could have afforded those payments. I tried for 6 to 8 months, but it was too much for me. The contract wasn't explained to me under those terms.

  Cashnet gave me a loan that I thought was an installation loan, but they took almost half of my income. I'm on a fixed income. So what they took left me with very little money, not enough to pay all my bills. I wish I would have read these comments before I contacted them. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves.

  BeWARE, predatory and unethical practices. At no point during the online loan process do you find out what your minimum payment will be until after the loan finalizes and they try to pull 700 a month out of your bank account for a **** 12 month loan. you cant cancel the loan you cant get a live person. and you think you are going to have a chance to review actual loan terms before committing to the loan before finding out you have just finalized the loan two steps earlier. you still dont find out what your payments are going to be until it actually drops into your account and you are informed of the 700 a month payment. ROBBERY!!

  Offered a loan of $5000 Hit me with $700 worth of fees just to release funds to **** cancelled and have since hit me with $1000 more in ridiculous refundablefees that make no sense and keep adding more so they will give me that refund. I cannot afford to pay any more and they are threatening to cancel my case so I can never get my money back.

  Complete scam! I was in the market for a new car & needed extra downpayment due to lack of credit. I looked into a loan from cashnet USA & found that I wasn't able to see interest rates before submitting my application. Upon completion, I quickly called to cancel the loan because the rates are ridiculous. A few days later, I again called after the money was put into my account. I was made to give a sworn statement so they could rescind the loan, and I did that, but had to contact them AGAIN because they hadn't removed the money from my account. I have am email stating it was an error on thier end, but also that it's too late to undo now. I've gone back & forth with them via email & supposedly it's been escalated, but the five business days they said they would get back to me in, has passed with no further updates. Now I'm receiving notices of when my payments will be deducted from my account. I'm feeling scammed & trapped by this company, and have no other way to describe it than fraud. I did my part to cancel in the same moment I saw the interest rates, and went further to contact them when they deposited the money anyway. This HAS to be some form of entrapment & is absolutely unacceptable business practices. They trapped me, and now $850 will cost me over $1,000 because they weren't professional enough to follow through. I got a cosigner for a new car, and I haven't touched the original $850 in hopes that they may do the right thing, but unfortunately have now realized that this "business" is a giant scheme that preys on people during hard times. Its the holidays, and now they want 2 payments a month towards the loan I cancelled 3 times, yet their own admitted error has somehow become my problem now. I don't see a difference between this situation & any other scam out here.. Yes they'll give you a loan, but it will cost you dearly & even if you play by the rules, THEY DONT! Awful *******************

  I would not suggest anyone to seek this company. Representatives will tell you one thing and payment schedule will be a ridiculous amount. They also tell you they can not accept **** check card payments. Form of payments has to be connected with your personal banking account. All lies told. Will not work with you paying smaller amounts.. They're interest is BRUTUAL!! Please don't apply here if you can help yourself!

  They are terrible!! I took a small loan and the lady was very nice and told me the approximate payment. This month it was over double of the payment last month, I called to see why and all they could say was sorry. I am on a limited income and try to be very careful with how my spend money. **** pull innocent people in with misrepresentation!! They are awful people!!!!! They don't deserve a star!!
