  I used CashNet USA in the past and kept it as a last resort in borrowing money. I actually have it labeled "Don't not used except ad last resort" in my web browser.I was in a serious bind and had no choice but to use them again in Aug 2022. After I did this I remembered why I had them labeled last resort.During the signing of the agreements, they do not tell you what amounts they expect you to pay per due date or even when the payments are due. This is where they get you!After you sign the agreement you receive an email stating that you were either approved or denied. If approved is when they send you a copy of the contract and now you get to see what your supposed to pay and by when. Unlike other reputable loan companies, CashNet USA makes you pay all your interest upfront which basically makes those payments a new car payment. Only after a few months of those very large payments do they eventually and very slowly lower.This place is a total rip-off whereas they have no problem giving you money all while making it impossible to survive while paying them back. This is a fair warning to anyone who is looking at doing business with this company. I have changed my web browser lable to "never again, rip-off".

  My experience was very bad; the guy I spoke with was rude. He told me company had to take funds out of my debit card. I told him, that they already had my bank account information; that I do not give out my debit card number. He didn't want to listen to the fact that I am A CALIFORNIA VIETNAM AIR FORCE VETERAN and then he got nasty and proceeded to be rude, and called me an old lady and I don't know what else. I told him, I declined the loan. Now that I see they are not BBB accredited; that's why so many complaints or bad reviews.

  Unethical business practices. Unprofessional customer service.Charged my account after we contacted them to not use our debit card on file.

  Cashnet opened an account in my name by someone who used my information. Very loose accounting to who is opening an account. They would not tell me any information such as address used or where money was sent. Then they sent account to a collection agency. No help from them in resolving the issue of the fraudulent account.

  I never took the loan they offered. I needed $1750 and they approved me at ***** % APR. That has to be the biggest rip off scam I have ever heard of in my life

  Less then one star.... I'm receiving emails from Cash Net usa as well. They screwed me big time. Asked me to go get a iTunes card said they had to verify me through that because I didn't have direct deposit at the time. Said the money I needed to take out wasn't going to affect my account because it was money they were sending me. Told me to put the check in the account when received it and send them back a check from my account to prove it was my account. Turns out the funds never cleared and I was out a lot of money. I had to file bankruptcy to the bank because of what I owed. Now they are claiming I owe them money and I had to look them up online to see if it was the same company and it is. After seeing I am not the only one this happened to. I emailed them back and said I want all the information about this so called account and details of the loan before I do anything else
