I'm depressed and suicidal after dealing with unauthorized use of my personal information. Which resulted in this unauthorized item on my credit report. I sent letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me with sufficient validation. This account violates the fdcpa and must be deleted immediately because those are serious violations and I could be compensated for them.Business Response

Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about the Trans Union bureau, I sent a letter on 04/23/22 stating I had some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider it is inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to prove my request.I have attempted to contact TRANS UNION so many times via phone and via mail, so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests. I have tried resolving an issue with both the creditor and credit bureau, but to no success. My credit report shows inaccurate information and as stated by the ***** I have the right to dispute, challenge, and update/delete anything on my report I believe is inaccurate. The account JPMCB (account number ************* has *** days listed for payment history in September 2021, October 2021, and November 2021. How or why am I being marked as 120 days late for 3 months? This information is inaccurate and I have asked the bureau to please investigate and delete the account. Also, the "date opened" and "date last active" are both inconsistent with the credit bureaus. Again, I have asked the credit bureau to investigate and supply proof, if applicable, but to no success. I ask that you please look into this matter as this company is not abiding by their rules of sharing accurate information and providing response within the given amount of time.
