TRANSUNION is falsely reporting on my credit. Per my research ************************* is a debt collector. Under 15 U.S code ****d disclosure of investigation violation violation below:A person may not procure or cause to be prepared and investigate consumer report (1) It is clearly and accurately disclosed to the consumer that and investigative consumer report including information as to his character general reputation personal characteristics and mode of living whichever are applicable may be made and such disclosure (A) is made in writing mailed or otherwise delivered to the consumer not later than 3 days after the date on which the report was first requested I requested to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the original contract bearing my signature with *************************. Im requesting that this is deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Under federal law you have 30 days for reinvestigation I will also be seeking $1,000 per violation for:1: Defamation 2: Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3: Violations of 15 U S C ****g I further remind you that as in Wenger v. After conducting an Internet search for my name, I discovered that some of my personal information was being utilized without my permission. My information was gathered by an aggregation website, which suggested me to first check the website's Frequently Asked Questions section and then contact around nine separate websites to have it deleted. In addition to feeling violated since I value my privacy, I felt ashamed because I had to request that my possessions be removed. I discovered unauthorized fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I would like these accounts to be erased and rectified. Remove any erroneous and fraudulent accounts from my credit report. This has hindered my capacity to acquire credit. I am doing everything possible to reclaim my life. Please assist me in deleting all bogus accounts. Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done to remove these accounts from my report.Business Response

When I looked for my name on the Internet, I discovered that some of my personal information was being utilized without my permission. I was ashamed by the fact that I had to request that my items be taken, as I respect my privacy. I discovered unauthorized fraudulent accounts on my credit record; I would like these accounts to be erased and rectified. Remove any fraudulent and bad accounts from my credit report. This has impeded my capacity to obtain financing. I am making every effort to regain control of my life. Please help me eliminate any bogus accounts. I never gave Equifax, TransUnion or Experian any written consent to report anything on my consumer report, no consent is identity theft. I reported the theft of my identity to the ************************ and I also have enclosed copies of the ************************s Identity Theft Affidavit. hello i have sent previous dispute letters to your company which you have received on 06/24/2022 disputing the accuracy and completeness on both **** of America accounts. the accounts were reporting inaccurate and have a not complete account number. you have failed to update these accounts and also have failed to provide notice of dispute. this account must be removed off my credit report under 15 USC 1681s-2(3) duty to provide notice of dispute. it has been over 30 days and you have not reported consumer dispute's this account on the comments section or anywhere on my report for both **** of America accounts. you have completely ignored my entire letter as this was not a dispute this was a demand. as you are reporting the following accounts without providing notice of dispute on my consumer report i have also attached a screen shot as proof that there has been no notice of dispute on any of these accounts which should be deleted off my report under 15 USC 1681s-2(3) and 1681c(f). failure to do so than you are stating your company is above federal law as this communication is through government watched portal which i will have as documentary evidence can be used against you. i demand you delete this account off my report as your company is in violation of law. this is not a dispute this is a demand by law.
