      Every time I log in to my account I'm given alarms and errors stating that I cannot access my info or they are having technical difficulties. This has happened numerous times and over the past few months, I have not been able to access anything. I know Transunion has been known to make it difficult for consumers to function with their site or with the "company" in general, but they have a responsibility to give me my information or at least if there's an issue give me a chance to rectify it instead of blowing me off.

      I check my credit score daily and have actively for about 6 months now. I have been in the process of learning and also building credit.I noticed last week that they dropped my score by 13 points because one of my credit cards was at 51% usage. Today, they did the same for a different card at 40% usage. By 6 points. When I went and checked out transition and the sites they are affiliated with, I couldnt help but notice that they all say you can raise your credit score by adding this card! Which Im sure trans Union somehow benefited from people believing that and opening new credit accounts with very little information. I have been monitoring my credit scores from all 3 reporting bureaus and trans union is the only one doing this. I would like them stopped quite frankly and I feel that this matter should be looked into. Something doesnt add up for me about this.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

      Dear TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, and EXPERIAN I, consumer, and a natural person am aware of all rights that I have and are protected by Congress under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The account list below violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality Under 15 USC 1681.This is the final step I am taking BEFORE TAKING THIS INACCURATE, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN FRONT OF A JUDGE.       This is a formal complaint against TransUnion located in ******* **. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the ***** Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, TransUnion has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. I am well aware of the many, many other complaints filed against this company for their illegal and unethical business. Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, and the many other consumers just like me, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon. As previously stated, this credit reporting agency is reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me to which is killing my credit & my Professional image. They've refused to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that Ive disputed from my credit file immediately.

      I am a natural person and am aware of all rights that I have, and which are protected by The Congress under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). On 4-1-2022 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my consumer report about 1) *********** Account # ************, ** *********** Account # ************, 3) *********** Account # ************, ** *********** # ************, 5) *********** # ******XXXXXX, 6) *************** Account # ***********, ** First Premier Account # ************, 8) First Premier Account # ************, ** Nelnet LNS # *****, 10) Nelnet LNS # 3XXXX, 11) Nelnet LNS # 3XXXX, 12) Nelnet LNS # 3XXXX. I asked Transition to investigate and to send me verifiable proof of these accounts, any application or documents baring my signature and they have yet to provide me with this. To this day I have not received a response yet. I have tried to resolve this with this bureau multiple times but each time has been futile and I am being denied credit because of their violation, 15 USC **** section 623(9)(b)(2). In Section 611(a), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove these items from my consumer report. It has been over well 90 days and I was not notified within 5 business days that they received the notice so these accounts should be deleted promptly. 15 U.S. Code **** section 602 A, states that I have the right to privacy. 15 USC **** section 604 A section 2 states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. Delete these closed accounts immediately and update late payments to "paid as agreed", unless you want to be held $1000 per violation per account.

      This was not sent in error, I am a consumer by law and my information was misused and now I have some false not 100% accurate accounts on my credit report. Unauthorized used of my credit report.I demand deletion of the items and information plus I demand monetary compensation!!!
