      They bring in 1000 'salespeople' and within 3 months, they ******* them down to 100. Anyone over the age of 40 was not invited back. Cold calls all day long. Our team did over 62 thousand calls in the first 3 weeks and did not close 1 deal or secure 1 contract. Managers fight over deals and somehow, they are allowed to not submit deals, making it impossible to get a role in the company just because some Spaniard named **** wants to protect his position and new baby, so he just doesnt manage people and lets them fail by ignoring their written requests for help and flatly refuses to listen to other managers like '******' who claim the deals he refused were good deals. This means the 2 managers disagree on the 'rules' they live by. Not a good company, even the trainers admit they have a problem. One trainer said he kept all his notes on his clients on cards and a notepad. When I asked why he flatly refused to enter all that info into the peoplesoft system they use, he said it was his personal preference. Turns out all notes can be seen by all, and people are allowed to actively call other peoples customers, which is why no one puts notes in the very expensive system they use. It makes sense why groupon is such a hated name by the end users, they get spam calls all day, if they say 'dont call back again, this is harassment' you are to just send the account to a 'new customer' bin, not the 'do not call' bin.

      I purchased an offer on Groupon for a foot massage. When I looked up the address listed on the offer it was a totally different business. I searched by the business name it was at a completely different location and they do not offer the service. I complained and I did get a credit but not my refund. I am trying to understand why Groupon continues to post this offer knowing the lack of legitimacy. It is not fair to your customers who try to trust you

      I purchased a version of **************** (software) but when I tried to use it - there was a error message on top of the page that said it was a counterfeit version! I am STILL trying to get my money back

      Do not waste your $! I paid 100$ for cleaner that didn't show up and Groupon would not refund me. Their customer service is automated and they just give you the run around with 100 different people until you give up. Worst customer service!

      Such liars. on their website they claim that expired coupons can be used for "at least The amount that the customer paid for it". and they will not make the vendor honor this. Then they tell me that " it can only be used for the original service purchased". It would have covered me getting into the king spa and then I would have extra money that I should have been able to spend there. My Groupon was like $70 and I was only given a value is $28 to enter the spa. I called Groupon and they refuse to do anything. LIARS!!!!! Then my last email from them states.... "To clarify, when our site states that Groupons may always be redeemed for at least the amount the customer paid for iteven after the promotional value has expired, this means that the voucher can still be used toward the original service purchased, up to the amount you paid.". I've never had a problem before using it for the cash value. For anything at the vendor. Groupon has changed and I'm done with them.And on top of that King spa will let their employees wear water shoes inside but not customers. Not even ones that are handicapped they can't walk with no shoes on. King spa was horrible. Groupon is horrible.

      SCAM!!!! I used to really love groupon used to be my to but never again. I am out due to $250 due to this ************* I purchases tickets specifically for the sky deck tour and they false advertise for the 360 tour in another location. Not only was I embarrassed by that bringing family in they also don't allow you to edit time nor communicate with mention in the case of life happening which can ne out of our control. I HATE them not will I ever purchase from them again. BBB Please fight to get this company shut down!!!

      I purchased massage service from Groupon, apparently the merchant was a scammer as they told me they cant perform their services after I scheduled an appointment. And when I reached out to Groupon they said they can't help with a refund as the merchant has redeemed the voucher from their side. So there is no way you can prove whether you received the service or not as Groupon and merchant are protected and you and your payment is NOT.Conclusion Groupon is interested in working with. ******** and will not protect the customer.

      Overall experience with Groupon was very negative. I purchased a helicopter tour which necessitated cancellation due to weather - a situation beyond my control. Groupon refused to provide me with a refund, said I needed to do this within 3 days of purchasehow would I know if there was an unforeseen event such as bad weather then??? They insisted they provided me with a refund in the form of Groupon bucks. I could not use the bucks to rebook a helicopter tour because they said I had to book same type of flight, & no seats were left on those tours. I tried requested a monetary refund through Resolver( a company that helps with mediation). Groupon NEVER responded or acknowledged the complaint I filed through Resolver. So VERY frustrating, as I had no control over the situation. Will never use such a shady company for purchases again!!!

      I need a refund. From the date I purchased an item, my bank immediately notified me of possible fraud. From then, I have reached out to Groupon several times via email. No response. I have requested a refund even though I have not received the item yet. No response. They have no contact number. How is it that they do not respond to their customers. The customer support says that someone will contact within the next 24 hours and nothing.

      Groupon is a total ripoff I purchased a **** Membership though them and the redemption code did not work couldnt get a hold of no one. I never seen no company that does not have a customer service phone number. How are your business so now you got a dispute with my bank I called *** to see if my account went through and they told me that I dont have a membership with them, but I paid Groupon my money bad business wont do this again ever in life.
