    I get ***** emails a week from sites representing themselves as ****** accounts telling me my service will be discontinued if I dont click on a link to update my information with them. I have clicked on that link in the past and found it to a scam to obtain my information. I had to reset my passwords with all my accounts to try and prevent being exploited. I tried logging on to their customer support page but was denied on three different occasions. Is this happening with all email providers? Isnt there some secure way for the company to notify its customers whats happening and what they are doing to rectify the problem? I am seriously considering changing email providers.

    My problems with Reagan.com started July 2023. I have been a subscriber from the beginning. First my contact list of about 200 was replaced by 200 email addresses of people I did not know. I was having problems with emails from a source called "Rackspace." I had never heard of Rackspace. When I asked ****** Support about Rackspace. they answered to not respond to anything that tells you to update.In December 2023 I started to have frequent password changes. An agent on Reagan.com support reset my account and it would work for one application of a new password. By the middle of January 2024 there was no access to my email possible and no more communication from support/chat/help on Reagan.com. My security question became disabled before February and now I can't even try new passwords without a reset of the security question. In my chat boxes, I have suggested allowing me to change my Reagan.com email address to another Reagan.com email address thinking it might be possible to import my files and I might get a response on chat. This also did not get a response.In June of 2023 I paid for three years subscription, a Platinum member, and had less than one month of a functioning email service. I need to access medical and financial emails and there is no way for me to do this. I have waited on support>chat/help for at least 45 days, all day, many times in queue position one with no response from the agents. At this point, I would like to export my emails and stored files and have a refund of my PLATINUM membership. My last email to ******* was returned as undeliverable. All Zendesk said was to click on the chat button on the support page.

    I have been locked oust of my e mail. I have spent over 40 hours on their so-called support site trying to resolve the issue, to no avail. I am 83 years old and have been a costumer for years, My subscription is good until 2026. My e mail address is ****************** At my age I don't have time to spend wasting it on their support site starring at a chat screen that never responds; I have spent hours doing so with on results. The only response I have gotten is an offer to send me an e mail that I cannot view as I am locked out. I have sent many messages to their message board and faxed them my re quest to call me to resolve the problem. No action from them period. The only secret My phone number is ************ I have paid for this service and expect to be able to use it. I hopefully thank you.

    I signed up with Reagan.com years ago understanding they filter the **** junk mail.... Over the last couple years I get as much if not more Spam mail then regular mail... I even get spam mail from a bad actor posing as Reagan.com 4-8times a day... I have tried to reach out to ****** .com about the issue of the Spam with no avail...You need to have a live chat at minimum but some of us still prefer to have a phone number here in ******* with someone that *** speak fluent American English so the problems can be solve immediately...

    I have been a subscriber to the www.****** email service for about 12 years. Up until the past week, I have had absolutely no problems and have be a very happy customer. Starting a few weeks ago, i would go to look at my emails and I couldn't access it and it was clear that I had been a victim of phishing or that I had been hacked. I reached out to the support offered and started an online chat with customer service. The response was always very quick and always involved them doing something on their end to reset my email account. This started happening almost every day or every other day; they were always very quick and helped me reset my password. The last time they helped me, I asked about antivirus software. I could tell they were getting tired of me when they replied with one word, ******. So, within a few days I subscribed to Norton and downloaded their software. In the meantime I needed help again. This happened last Wednesday, January, 24th. I contacted the chat support and no one responded to me. I continued to try the online support and no response. I started sitting in front of my computer two, three hours with no response. I expressed my frustration and it seemed to make things worse. On Saturday, my husband helped me watch the computer and we sat for FIVE hours waiting for them to respond! I explained to them that i hadn't been able to see my emails for three entire days. I have heart issues and often times my doctor's ****** will correspond with me via email. Still no response and I have be trying several times a day the past two days. I am getting very worried that I haven't been able to check my email since last Wednesday. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have been trying since 10:00 am this morning. All I want if for them to help me reset my password so I can check my email. I just want them to contact me when I send a chat request for help.

    Around January 18th I tried to access my email account and could not. No matter how many times I tried to change the password, I could not get in. I asked for help from Support and actually got in to discover my email account had been hacked. I deleted the hacker's emails, changed my password, and security question and left my account. When I tried to access my account again, I found that I could not. I have tried several times and waited over 9+ hours on Support to no avail. I want into my account to retrieve important items and then cancel it. In 2022, I renewed my account for three years. This year, ****, should be the third year. Reagan.com owes me for this last year. But frankly, I don't care about the money. I want into my account to retrieve what I need.

    To Whom It May ******************************************* to your email to inform you that I am rejecting Reagan.com's response to my email access issue. Their response saying that they reset my account and I now have access is not true. I tried last night to yet again access my account and could not.  The screenshot I have attached to this email is the same screen I see whenever I have tried to reset my password no matter what they may say. I have been a customer of theirs for many years. I have never been treated like this before. I am at a loss as to what to do.

    Ive been a customer with ******************** for about 10 years never had a problem until now. In November I renewed my subscription for a year. Starting January the 12th I havent been able to access my emails. Ive sent emails to customer service and has tried multiple times to reset my password, but to no avail. Havent heard from anyone at reagan.com.

    I have used Reagan.com almost since they first started and have always been satisfied and felt secure with their services. All of a sudden my email locked up and after three or four tries it worked about two weeks.Today, I tried to once again reset the password only to get error messages. It seems to work but doesn't accept my security word or my user name. OK, I have tried multiple times to get the chat. It never gets answered. I have waited multiple times and multiple times of day thinking they were busy. Tonight I waited an hour from the time the que counted down to 1 from 3. I decided to time it and at one full hour closed it. This doesn't count the time I waited for it to count down from 3.I thought if I deleted the whole thing and re-loaded it that might help... of course it asked for a new fee so I stopped at that point.Upon looking here I see that others are having the same issued since mid-December. That is about when my problems started.

    I paid a yearly subscription for an email address, which I have been doing for a few years; this year, suddenly I could not access my account (emails). I have written via email to Reagan.com, I have tried to virtually converse with someone, I have tried to find a number to contact them, all with no success. I just tried the number you included: ************* which sounds like a fax number.I need get in touch with this company, maybe check my email one last time, I also want to find out what happened; and then to cancel my email address.

    Reagan.com support reviewed prior chat transcripts and the user came to live chat for further assistance on October 1, 2023 and October 7, 2023. On both occasions, the user left the chat before the agent could render assistance so that they could regain access to their email account.
