I have had a Reagan.com email address for over 10 years. I loved seeing ***************************** picture when I would log on. Voted for him both times as President. I am a 75 year old, retired VP from the insurance business. I cannot log into my email at ******************* This started over a month ago. My contacts, info on them, passwords etc for hundreds of folks and businesses are unavailable to me.. I have spent over 39 hours in the chat room, 15 or more times, waiting to solve this problem. I wait for hours in the queue at position 2. They never connect me, even after hours, Just close down. I have left messages at ************ and no one responds. I paid for a technology service Just Answer and they could not help me. I need to get back on Reagan.com and protect all my contacts and private information. Please help me. I've had ****************** for over ten years.I'm not sure what happened but I can't log into my account. I've tried a half dozen times to change my password but it's not accepted.I've tried to chat with them online but to no avail.I've sent the support team several messages but they won't get back to **** even opened another email account with them a week ago but still can't get the messages to my original account.ThanksBusiness Response

****** Support reviewed the users account and confirmed that the user interacted with a spam email which caused a spam violation. The account settings were reset on May 28, 2024 and we see that the user accessed the account on June 3, 2024. The support team also contacted the user on June 4, 2024 at their alternate email address on file with password reset instructions and a link to live chat for immediate assistance for their records.Initial Complaint

My email with reagan.com has been hacked and reagan.com has not responed to my many, many requests for a resolution. My personal information has been exposed to hackers. No response from reagan.com.Business Response

Reagan.com support reset the account as the user encountered a spam violation, which means they interacted with spam. We have reset the account and replied to the alternate address on file with instructions to reset the password and regain access to their respective inbox. My complaint is just like the others I've read here. My email service was disconnected at least 5 weeks ago. No effort on my part to reset my password, answer my security question, or get any help from the chat feature has been answered. There is no way to talk to a customer service representative. No one answers the chat feature and I believe it's probably been disconnected. My account is paid through March, 2025. So I'm out that money. I've spent the last five weeks establishing a new email address and attempting to contact everyone, including all business contacts, as to my new address. This is not the service I've enjoyed since 2017. All I want to know at this point is if this will ever be resolved, or are they allowed to simply disappear?Business Response

Reagan.com support has reviewed the users account and noticed that they interacted with a spam email which caused the account to be disabled. We have reset the account and the user can log in after resetting their password. We sent them instructions to reset their password as well as steps to reach our Live Chat. I am rejecting this response because: after following every step to reset my password, the next step is to answer the secret question. I have answered the secret question correctly, but my answer is rejected. Also, I have received the chat times available and even during those times, no one answers the chat. Therefore. my issue is not resolved And I rejected their answer.

Reagan.com My business was phished from a user on ********************. A user of this third domain pretended to be my business, stole ALL of my contacts. The user sent out a spam posing as my business.. and told my customers that my business no longer takes checks and all payments now need to go to the attached PDF ACH instruction. ************************* was the name attached to the **** I had zero notices on my email that I was being phished, until I received 1 of the same emails from my business name. This person even shared email exchange with a city.. and told them to void the check and send the money ACH. ************************* Wasted 3 of my days and has caused insurmountable stress frustration and pain for me and my business. Reagan.com ************************* It's an email service that allows its users to spam and imposter as another person. Don't ever give your information out to anyone. Reagan.com has a strict spam/phishing policy, Customers may not use the Service for spamming. This includes but is not limited to the following activities:

I have been a customer of ********************** for years. In the last few months, they have been blocking legitimate e-mails and letting thru spam e-mails, including e-mails pretending to be from Reagan.com but are actually spam. I used to receive e-mails from legit companies but in last few months they block almost all of them. For instance, American Airlines. I called American to see why they did not e-mail me my confirmations, etc. and they told me they do, but that Reagan.com blocks all their e-mails. ****** says for me to get e-mails I have to know all the e-mail addresses of companies e-mailing me, put it in my system and I will get them. So, I have to know everyone who e-mails me their addresses, got in and ad them and then have them e-mail me? But they let all the spam thru? I asked if I could get a refund if I cancel due to not getting my e-mails and they have said no. So, I cannot get e-mails that are sent to me, but I also can't cancel and get my money back? This is really poor customer service. Makes me wonder who is making decisions about what is spam and what is legit? How can AA.com be spam?Business Response

Scammer emails coming from ********************* Looks like ATT message that threatens to end your ATT account if you don't click their link to update your email ****************************** has no abuse line to send fraud emails to. No phone number. This helps the scammers. Also no phone number to call ATT yahoo email service to vet out these scammers.Therefore this helps the scammers.Initial Complaint

Service with my email account with ******************** is horrible. For the last several months I cannot regularly access my reagan.com account to read my messages, pay my bills, or simply conduct routine communications with others. I have usually been able to re-set my password and get back on-line but this last disconnect has existed for the past five days. There is supposed to be a CHAT function as part of their *************** but for the past few days there is nobody answering my messages. I am restricted to sending my complaints through the HELP service but nobody ever responds to my messages. I have so much time invested in this reagan.com service - and several recurring payments are made on reagan.com - that it is impractical to dump out and .terminate my membership.Initial Complaint

Dozens of phishing e-mails daily using fake names, ostensibly associated with Reagan.com. Impossible to filter the 1% legitimate mails from Reagan.com.
