    Paid Reagan.com for three years. Unable to access email for three weeks. Have changes password seven times and still can't get into email. No support service available.

    My complaint is with my email account at **********************. ******************** I cannot login or contact the company. I have noticed through the BBB that they have received many complaints about the same issues. Reagan.com has no support or phone number for contact and i don't have an alternate email for communication. Have tried resetting password and live chat with no results. This should not be this hard. I trusted Reagan.com to do their job so we wouldn't have to.

    My account was hacked, when I did get a response from support I was told to change password. I cant find anywhere on site to change password. No customer support to speak of, no contact information for chatting or speaking with any support people that I can find. NONE AT ALL. I want to change my password, check on my account security, and speak with an actual living person responsible for helping customers. As any business should have.Mainly, my account has been compromised, and I fear any information in my account is accessible by others.

    As of 11/15, Ive no email service at Reagan.com which is paid for. The customer service support site has been disabled so I cannot get any remedy to reboot/restore my service. The company is unresponsive to any other inquiry that Ive made.

    I periodically am locked out of my email. Error message says an account error. I repeatedly try to correct the error with a new password as requested but remain locked out. No getting in; no support, no phone number. No access to my email. No response. I need to see my mail. As soon as I can I am out of this mess.

    I have been a customer of ********************** for several years. I renewed my subscription on Aug. 31, 2024 for a period of 2 years for an E-mail account. Order # ******* in the amount of $72.00. I have been locked out of my account for several weeks and unable to log in or receive any E-mail sent to ******************** I have tried to change my E-mail password to no avail! The Support Link at their website is not working and I have been unable to contact anyone concerning the difficulties that I am facing securing my E-mail and the lack service from Reagan.com. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that ****** has apparently thrown its customers to the wayside!

    I paid $99 in July for REAGAN.COM secure email. Besides not being very secure at all, they refuse to provide support or even acknowledge the 3 days of attempts to get support. My email was totally down and their one and only response was to tell me to contact them via email. I finally called a relative who was able to hack all my information in minutes (this was after 11 hours of frustration this past Wednesday. I can see my email which is about all. If I go to my home computer, I cannot print from email and its basically useless to me. This is DAY 3 and there is zero response and there are no working phone numbers to reach anyone. Its horrible.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have received zero response from Reagan.com email. My email is so poor that I only received your NOVEMBER response today as it was lost in spam. They have done nothing and have made no effort to help. Im not able to do anything and nobody, including BBB seems interested. My complaint stands.

Support has replied via a support ticket to the user informing them if they are unable to log in, please reset the password using their specific credentials. We have also given them the live chat link and hours of operation for immediate assistance.

    I am rejecting this response because: business has not addressed my request. I CANNOT get anyone to talk to me regarding how to forward emails from Reagan.com to a new email address. The chat is useless because its just a bot. There is no working phone number for support. Basically, no support at all and no questions can be addressed.

    I haven't been able to log in to ****************** for months, it allows me to reset my password and then rejects the login, I need access to my email in order to verify a credit from a vendor so this is losing me $$. There is no way to contact **********, no one ever responds on their Live Support Chat, there is no way to contact them by phone, this service is a total scam. I just want it to work.

    I was locked out of my ***************** email account on Friday, 4 October 2024. Since then, I have tried to reset my email account using the normal self-procedure multiple times without effect (the password change is accepted, but I remain locked out). Subsequently, I have tried to obtain online support via the "Live Support" function in the Member Area without any success. I have sent multiple chat-texts over the last 4+ days with no response. My account is paid through 2027, and I would like to get my account restored and an explanation why I haven't gotten the onilne support that everyone should be getting.     Hello, hope all is well. I was referred to you by the Florida BBB. I currently have an account with ******. Com ******************** )) Im paid in full until 2026. I stopped getting my emails in my box on September 27 2026.I noticed that my phone first would not let me retrieve my emails and said the password did not match, although nothing on my phone had been changed. I then went into my web page and opened the email account, and nothing was coming through. I opened live chat and no response from them at all for 6 days.I then attempted to call them thru a number I found on a reply from someone on a complaint on your web page. I left at least 15 messages with my phone number and an alternate email address I had listed on my account on ****** .com **************** with no answer. I have all of my va hospital appointments coming to that email. Can you please help me. Thank you ****** *******
