    I have ALS and rely on my email for all of my communication needs and to conduct personal matters and business. I've been locked out of my Reagan.com email for two weeks and have received no response/reply to my requests for customer service."Please reset my ******************** account immediately ************************ I need assistance now!     Beginning Friday, 11/8/2024, my Reagan.com email has been flooded with spam emails. It looks as though someone got into my account and sent "registration" or "sign-up" emails to companies/newsletters, etc., all over the world. I've changed my password, but the same thing happens every day. When I clicked on their "support" tab, it tells me my email address or password are incorrect, though I used them to login to my email! Earlier this morning, I got a "support is no longer available" message. Is Reagan.com still up? Has anyone else been hacked? Thank you for checking into this. I can be reached by phone or a new email account at ***********************

    ****** Support reviewed the user's account and surmised that at some point the user may have interacted with a spam email or caused a subscription from a third party to send unwanted emails to the subscriber.  We recommend coming to live chat for immediate assistance at ***************************************************

    The user can also submit the email address in question to their internal block list for permanent blocking.

    I am paying for three different email accounts with ******. I keep getting locked out of my account because of an error. I tried to rectify the error with no resolution. ****** will not provide a phone number for assistance nor do they respond with their live chat assistance. I am paying for a service that is unusable and NO RESPONSE or help from ******.

    I can no longer send email from my Reagan.com account. I turned on my computer this morning and all my incoming email was gone. I have tried to contact Reagan.com and get NO response. I don't know where to go from here other than changing to another carrier. However, I have been with Reagan.com for so long and it would take a lot of work to transfer all the information and to let everyone know I have a new address. What is the best procedure.

    I am rejecting this response because:I never received a response from Reagan.com anywhere. All of a sudden I was locked out of my account and lost all my incoming emails. It has been a CHORE to initiate each email and redirect them to a new website. All my information had to be changed. And NO explanation from ****** at all. I was never informed of an "spam email".

    The user has a ****************** account on file as the alternate email address, we sent a response to that address on 11/11/24 at 2:30pm CST. This email was also cc'd to the ****** account. The user also setup several filters which were configured to delete incoming email to their ****** account immediately. They can right click on the trash folder and select recover deleted emails to review the deleted emails and move them back to the inbox.

    ****** Support previously mentioned that a followup was sent to the gmail account on file however as of 11/14/24, we are seeing activity in the account whereas test emails have been sent. Can the user confirm that they have accessed the account.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not aware of any correspondence to me that I did not answer. Nothing has changed and nothing has been resolved. I can no longer get into my ****** account, so I don't know what is going on with this case. Because of this, I am about ready to give up on the whole issue. It does not seem to get resolved.

    Since Friday, 11/1/24, I have been unable to access my Reagan.com email. When logging in i keep getting an error message. I've tried numerous times to change my password and that hasn't worked. Now, it says my security question is wrong. I've tried their chat with no response from them. There is no phone number to call for help. I have no access to my email. I have paid for 3 years of service.

    Reagan.com has NOT responded to my complaint regarding not receiving emails since 10/25/2024. I have contacted them several times thru their chat support and I am not receiving any correspondence back from them.There is No contact phone number to use for help. If I'm not receiving emails from anyone it is useless to contact them using my email.I need to know if my email account has been hacked!!Can you help me find a contact phone number for them? Are they still in business???? I've paid money for this account and should be able to reach someone!!Thank you.

    This ************* stopped working about a month ago and would not let me log back in even after changing my password. I have paid $99.00 for 3 years service and am paid up for a couple more years. There is no way of contacting them for tech support or any other contact. Extremely frustrating. I want my service reinstated.

    After using Reagan.com for over ten years, our account ********************* was disconnected on 7/18/2024 without warning. There is no way to contact the company / vendor to address the problem. This is my wife's email account and she has suffered multiple strokes and is unable to help me unravel this puzzle. I would like for the company to contact me and help me reconnect this account if only for a transition period. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The vendor response provides no resolution.  They make reference to a June 2024 notification that we no longer have access to.  At the time of the June 2024 notification, our account was being flooded with phishing emails from accounts ending with ********************, making it impossible to identify legitimate correspondence.  Please share our contact information with Reagan.com so that they can contact us directly (by email or phone), and help coordinate restoration of our Reagan.com account.  Thank you.
