**************** is trained to silence the complaints, by making "fake" tickets and promising to take corrective action to correct your ****. (The "tickets" are real, they just aren't created to aid the customer. Tickets are kept so the representative can speak to the previous discussions you have had with Eligo. The 'ticket" serves the same purpose a sales pipeline software would serve.)**************** will lie and do anything to get you to pay heightened Kwh rate. After the 3 year contract was up the billing went from 5 cents/Kwh to 19 cents. I requested to immediately cancel my service, and Eligo said my ticket could take 1-2 months to process, and I would get a refund check in the mail after my final reading. Its a scam, they have no intent on correcting your ****, they want you to pay so they can get their money and leave you with zero recourse. How is this legal? This tactic is very reminiscent of paycheck loan sharks in the late 90's charging 300% to 400% interest on the loan. "Variable" rates really means, "predatory" rates. Save yourself, don't agree to this scam. Please demand from your state representatives to put legal measures in place to stop this company from continuing to operate under their current business model ****************
