      2/5/2025 occurred I had purchased tickets on their website, for the artist *** ****** at ***********, ******* ** but my order violated their terms of service. The seller had sold me a ticket prior to physically having it. The presale for the artist's tickets hadn't started meaning it was physically impossible for the seller to have tickets, which is a direct violation of their terms of service. It directly says "You may not list or sell tickets before you own them." There was no possible way a seller could've had them, therefor I want a refund considering this order broke their terms of service. I have tried contacting them and it didn't get anywhere.

      Vivid Seats does not own or generate tickets; rather, all tickets listed in our marketplace are managed and owned, by professional ticket resellers or pre-screened individual sellers. Vivid Seats marketplace allows these sellers to resell their tickets in a secure, controlled e-commerce environment. Many of our professional resellers own season tickets for various artists, teams or venues, or have direct business partnerships with teams, venues, and promoters. For certain live events, we permit a limited number of pre-approved sellers to offer tickets for sale that they do not currently possess. These tickets are marked on the listing as part of our "Seat Saver SM program. If you purchase under the Seat Saver SM program, the seller is committing to obtain the tickets described for you upon receipt of your order. An explanation of this service is included in the listing notes prior to checkout. **** Saver tickets, like all tickets sold on this site, are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee. After you place your order and your order is confirmed, we guarantee that your tickets will be within the listed zone or section listed or one comparable and that you will receive these tickets in time for the event or your money back. 

      Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. We maintain that all order details and relevant terms were sufficiently disclosed prior to purchase and that our customer will receive their tickets in time for their event, per our terms. At this time, we consider this matter closed.       On January 16, 2025, I purchased tickets for the Post ****** concert at the ************* happening on March 18, 2025. I used the debit card I've had since October to purchase these tickets. I received a confirmation screen that my purchase was successful and an email saying that to access my tickets, I would need to download the app. The money was immediately taken from my account. On January 26, 2025, I received an email from VividSeats asking me to confirm if I received an email confirming my order. I hadn't received an email and checked the VividSeats app on my phone to check the status of my tickets. I immediately saw that the tickets were "Canceled" and contacted their customer service via chat. The *** told me that the tickets were canceled due to failure to confirm the card was registered to me. I was then told that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. I noted that I purchased the tickets 6 business days prior and still hadn't received a refund. The customer service *** then said, Oh it actually is going to be 7 business days. I waited another week before reaching out to my bank for more information. I called my bank on February 4, 2025 and they confirmed that there had been no pending refunds and no current pending refunds. I called VividSeats on February 5, 2025 to confirm that they released the funds. They confirmed and said I should've received a cancellation email and should have a refund in 3-5 business days. I reiterated that I still have not received a refund and I never received a cancellation email. I only received a cancellation email on Feb 5, 2025 after ***eatedly requesting that they finally send a cancellation email. I am filing a complaint to finally receive my refund for the tickets VividSeats canceled without notice. I am also deeply concerned about the practices of this company and how they "confirm" the card belongs to the cardholder.

To this end, were committed to providing the best possible customer serviceand maintaining a simple user experience. ********************** facilitates thousands of successful transactions each day with satisfied customers, so we are confident in our verification procedure for processing orders.     

      Once an order is placed on our site it is reviewed for potential fraudulent activity in accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee. On 1/16/2025 our customer attempted to place an order for the ****************** ****** show but their order could not be confirmed and was therefore cancelled. While the customer may have seen a notice that their order had been submitted, it was never confirmed and was cancelled during the verification process. At that time they were sent notification of the order cancellation, which in this case was sent immediately upon our receipt and appraisal of the order. Cancelled orders of this nature are not charged to the payment method input by the customer during the checkout process. The customer may have seen a pending charge on their account but such pending charges are not processed. If the customer believes they were charged for their order we recommend they contact their financial institution. It should be noted that the order total for the order in question was $1072.24, which does not align with the documentation they have supplied as evidence to support their claim.  At this time no further resolution may be provided and we consider this matter closed.

      On 12/16/2024 someone gained access to my debit card information and made a fraudulent pur***** in the amount of $443.60. I still dont know where my debit card information was breached. ********** had originally credited the funds back to my account but now they have paid vivid seats the funds. When I contacted ********** fraud department they stated that the claim is still under review. Its been over 50 days and their claims are usually resolved within 35 days. I dont have an order number because I did not make the pur***** and neither ***** or vivid seats will provide any information. I contacted vivid seats to inform them of the fraudulent pur***** and they say it was not a fraudulent pur***** and that they will not provide a refund.

This process provides customers with multiple opportunities to review the details of their order. Once our customer selected the listing they were interested in for ****** ******** they continued to the Login page which displayed a detailed order summary on the right side. After the customer entered an email address to create an account, they then navigated to the Checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, seat information, delivery and service fees, and the total charges, in this case of [$221.80, $110.90, $110.90] highlighted in bold text. Once the payment information is inputted, the customer is presented with our sales policies, including our all sales are final policy, which are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message, By clicking "Place order", you agree to the Vivid Seats terms of use and confirm that you are aware that you may be paying above face value for your tickets. Your credit card will be charged[$221.80, $110.90, $110.90] All prices in US Dollars. All sales are final. Our customer then proceeded to select Place Order, at which time their orders was complete.         

        

      The security of our customers information is of utmost importance, so we are not able to process any order if our *********************** finds flagged information. This was not the case with our customers orders, once an order is confirmed by the Verification team, we are unable to cancel the order due to our all sales are final policy. Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer to address all their concerns. We maintain that all order information was correct prior to checkout. As such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer believe that their information was indeed compromised we recommend they work with their financial institution.

      I am rejecting this response because: 
      Since it was a fraudulent purchase I did not agree to any terms of purchase. Furthermore, when someone creates an account using stolen information for a purchase that information should match the information of the billing address for the card used for the purchase. When I contact Vivid seats they say my **** card ending in 2471 and my billing address does not show up on their records. Also vivid seats states to me that purchases with that card number for the amounts and any dates show up in their records at all.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not order any products or services from vivid seats. The purchase was a fraudulent transaction which I brought to attention of the merchant vivid seats. I did not receive any services or products from vivid seats. The person or persons that committed the fraud used three different email addresses to receive services or products that are not linked to me. The merchant vivid seats is aware of this information but continues to deny my claim that the transactions are fraudulent even though they have not provided evidence that the emails are linked to me. The device used in the transaction is also not linked to me.

      I purchased a concert ticket for $58.72 and it was a scam purchase so I had to buy another ticket off of a different site formore amount of money in seats that I didnt want. I reached out to vivid seat and they cant help me because all sales are final, out that all sales are final because its a scam. I reached out to my credit card to dispute the charge and they said I would have more luck reaching out to you guys because of the sale being final. I was not the only one at the event to have this happen to, I had a friend that was with me. She also got scammedby vivid seats. There was a line of 100+ people waiting to get new tickets because theres were also fraudulent. when I walked up to the gate to scan my ticket, they told me that the barcode was invalid, and there was nothing coming back forit and I needed to have a PDF which I wasnt sent by vivid seat.

      In early December 2024, I purchased two tickets for the **** *** theatrical performance, scheduled for 7:30 PM *******************, as a birthday gift for my husband, who was eager to experience this renowned show, complete with insurance coverage. The total cost was $299.96.On the day of the event, my husband and I dressed formally and headed to the ***************. As I attempted to access my tickets online, the email prompted me with an Accept Tickets option. However, each time I followed the link, it redirected me to Ticketmasters website, which failed to load. My husband tried to assist me in getting the site to work, but we met with the same lack of success. As we approached the performance start time, I called my sister in hopes she could access the tickets, but unfortunately, that effort was equally fruitless. Following the provided instructions, I reached out to Ticketmaster for support; however, I was met with silence. By 8:30 PM, feelings of hopelessness, disappointment, fatigue, and frustration washed over us.The following morning, February 1, 2025, I managed to connect with a representative from Ticketmaster, who informed me that Vivid Seats held the order number. I promptly called Vivid Seats and spoke with a lead named ***. Unfortunately, his response was unhelpful; he rudely informed me that our purchased tickets with insurance would not be eligible for a refund or transfer, as the company intended to retain our funds. It was disheartening to witness a company seemingly taking advantage of consumers hard-earned money. *** claimed that we had failed to reach out to Vivid Seats, but I clarified that all communications had indeed been directed to Ticketmaster. Indifferent to my explanation, *** repeated that they were keeping our money. After requesting his name, I ended the call, left feeling appalled by the company's unprofessionalism.

Under the section Ticket Details it is clearly stated for customers order: Notes -XFER Obstructed view Mobile Entry Tickets. Must have smart device on hand to enter event. Do not print these tickets.Covered Seating Please note that you will need to use an iOS or ************** device to gain entry to your event.. After the customer entered an email address to create an account, they then navigated to the Checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge of $423.14 highlighted in bold text. Once the payment information is inputted, the customer is presented with our sales policies, including our all sales are final policy, which are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message, By clicking "Place order", you agree to the Vivid Seats terms of use and confirm that you are aware that you may be paying above face value for your tickets.       On 01/30/2025 at 6:20pm I ordered two concert tickets to see ****** ******** at 7:30pm. The first email I received at this email for confirmation of my tickets and it told me to download the vivid seats app to access my tickets, which I did immediately. I then created an account with my ***** email and it showed that I had purchased the tickets but said that the tickets had not been transferred to me yet and that I still needed to accept them. Then it asked me to verify my account several times which I did and it said that it had been successfully verified. I called the support number and spoke to someone twice and they still did not send me the email to accept my tickets. I used the live chat tool to talk to someone and they also kept telling me my information was wrong and once they confirmed that I did purchase the tickets they still could not give me a QR code or anything scannable to get into the concert. I spent 176.54$ to get into this concert and stood outside speaking with the people at the concert and customer service for an hour trying to get the tickets to get into the concert. We ended up never receiving our tickets still and left because we could not get in. I emailed ******************************** all of this and they said they could not do anything because the order has already been confirmed and delivered by the seller. I received no other emails from outside websites and they could not tell me who the primary market or venue was. This feels like a complete scam and I would really like my money back and an explanation of what went wrong.

      I never received any email to transfer the tickets whatsoever, and because just because everyone says they were sent to my email does not mean I ever got them. I received every necessary email besides the one that that I needed to accept a transfer of tickets. I would also like to know who the third party that had my tickets was. It is unacceptable that I paid all that money and no one can tell me what happened to my tickets because I am 100% positive I never received any email with the ticket transfer.

      Vivid Seats facilitates thousands of successful transactions and ticket transfers each day with satisfied customers, so we are confident of the efficacy of our processes. During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection our customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. Shortly after their order was placed on 1/29/2025 an order confirmation was sent and a ticket transfer was initiated to the email address entered by our customer during checkout. Since receiving this claim it has been determined that the customer entered a typographical error when placing their order, leading to the reported issue. Vivid Seats operates on the secondary market and maintains one of the largest seller networks in the industry. Our mission is to connect customers with individual ticket holders and amazing live events. As a secondary marketplace, Vivid Seats is not affiliated with any event or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concern. We have concluded the investigation surrounding our customer's claim, and a full refund has been provided to the original method of payment on our customer's order. We are pleased to have provided an amicable resolution and would like to apologize for the issue our customer experienced. At this time consider this matter resolved.       I purchased aespas parking ticket. However, they send me a airport parking and said it is related to the concert which absolutely is a fraud.
