      Should be a zero stars. I had the worst customer experience of my life. I never do this. I dont go online and give bad reviews. However, you must know this. I ordered tickets 5 months ago. Didnt receive them. Had 6 conversions with customer service over two weeks before the concert. Kept getting reassured but no tickets. Day before was told Id get them by end of day or Id get replacement tickets or an upgrade. Day of, I was told no replacements were available but 18 tickets like mine were available on their site (not an upgrade). I told them that. I was told they didnt have the budget to do that since the ticket went up. No matter what I said they told me they could only give me a refund. I have work in businesses with live markets. You still give the replacement. Never use this business.

      Terrible. DO NOT buy there. Platform may be legit. But you may buy from scammers. Overpriced. Deceiving. Sellers may take advantage of fans of highly anticipated concerts like k pop. **************** nice. But good luck getting your money back if venue did not honor your mobile electronic ticket. Lost 2000 + dollars for SKZ concert. We were told at ******************** ticket was not legitimate. Fact and I have proof.

      We are extremely disappointed in our recent experience with Vivid Seats. We purchased and paid for tickets in fullonly to be told later that they werent actually available. We were informed this was due to an "error" on your end: that when the broker reviewed the ticket list, the seats were no longer there. That explanation is not only unacceptable, it undermines the entire foundation of your platform. If confirmed, paid-for orders can be pulled at any time because a broker didnt check in time, then whats the point of a 100% Buyer Guarantee? You advertise that buyers can rely on your service, but our experience shows we absolutely ********* make matters worse, we were told that other vendors did have seats availablebut they were more expensive, and Vivid Seats wasnt willing to cover the difference. So instead of honoring your commitment, you chose to refund us. That is not a resolution. We didnt want a refund. We wanted the tickets we ************* us store credit for your own service failure is insulting. Why would we want credit with a company that fails to deliver what it sells? The experience with your customer service only added to the frustration. One representative hung up on us. The next barely let us speak and rushed to end the call by processing the refund. No one tried to actually fix the problem. No one cared that we were being left without tickets for an event we planned ********** claim to guarantee your order will be accurate, provide full-service care, and fully compensate if necessary. None of that was true in our case. Tickets were availableyou just didnt want to pay for them. Thats not an error; its a choice. And it clearly tells us where your priorities lie.Your guarantees mean nothing if theyre only honored when its convenient or cheap for you by a company that doesnt stand by its word.

      i purchased 4 tickets to the *** ******** Concert on July 13, 2025 in error, and wish to sell them thru Vivid Seats, and although they consistantly state they will help me sell my tickets, they take me to in valid sites and log in codes. i have tried to use the online chat that also directs me in a never ending circle. Extremely frustrating!

      I tried to purchase some baseball tickets for the Tennessee Smokies Sunday afternoon game on June 29th. When I used the application, it directed me to the 7:00 p.m. June 28th game and I mistakenly ordered those tickets. Once I received the tickets, I realized my mistake and immediately called customer service. The customer service person was named Mark and he refused to give me a refund siting the premise that all sales are final. On their app, there is a statement of 100% buyer guarantee which states that the buyer should receive their tickets before the start of the game. My tickets were for a 7:00 p.m. game on June 28th but my email receipt is for June 29th at 12:05 a.m. there is no way I got those tickets prior to the 7:00 p.m. first pitch! Therefore, since they are not willing to refund my money, I will never again use Vivid Seats and will seek out different venues and websites to post my displeasure with their company. After reading all of the comments here, I see that I am not alone!

      The date to my event was changed to six months in the future and they do not have a service to resell the tickets nor will they issue me a refund to this event over 5 hours away by plane. DO NOT BUY TICKETS WITH THEM. If the event get's changed you will be expected to sell your own tickets and have the responsibility of doing so.

      Bought tickets to a Broadway show in ***. Picked middle row....once I got there my seats were on the wing at the very end. So disappointed I paid $300.00 and didn't get the tickets I chose. Will NEVER use them again.
