      I am not liable for the debt with Harley Davidson Credit. I do not have a contract with Harley Davidson Credit. And when I requested they provide me with original contract, they did not.I demand removal of this collection off of my credit report.

      I paid off a settlement amount with the company and was advised on multiple occasions that once paid this would be removed from my credit and it hasn't been. I called today and spoke with a supervisor and was advised that Harley Financial wouldn't remove the credit entry even though i was told otherwise and that i could contact the credit bureau and dispute it with them.

      in 2021 I bought a 2010 tri glide and IT wasn't the one I picked out, i called ******* and any other person I could to listen to no revile, someone there at Blueridge Harley ******* ** signed my wife's name to the contract and the credit card for **** dollars, I told ***** this isn't the trike I picked out he laughed at me and walked off, so after the owner fired them all he brought this *************** into management, **** took my problem to the owner and he admitted that something was done wrong and for **** to fixed it, this is what he came up with , he would buy me out the money I paid on the trike and the **** dollars and everything that was did undo. he give me **** to use on another trike well now this didn't happen he never returned my 2007 low rider they took that was even on my contract as using it I wanted to keep my two wheels, so this is why I lifted it off. there got my money my trike and my bike I paid on this low rider for all most three years I had a lot of equal in it, so I went to buy another trike HDSF approved me for a loan and **** sent in a 2022 free ******* I didn't want no free wheelier he said he sent that in to get approval and now my opened loan gone and my bikes gone I have every contract they both give me cross roads in ********** where I bought the low rider from. ******* stolen my low rider and my trike to get me away from there store because of me making a seen because I was mad so mad I am fixing to take out warrants fraud and ****** for my wife's sig she didn't signed I HAVERNT NO POWER OF ATTONEY SO I KNEW I COULDNT SIGEN IT BECAUSE SHE DIDNT WANT HER NAME ON IT SO NOW I HAVE NOTHING NO BIKE NO TRI GLIDE AND IM 65 YEARS OLD DISABLE MAN THIS IS WHY I NEEDED THE ***** he said he had it fixed and me and my wife broke down Shes 70 years old now she scared to ride she thought it was on fire, it has taken me 20 years to get her to ride with me now she want get back on it I'm giving them 10 days from this letter then warrants be served AND CREDIT CARD WIRE FRUAD THEY CAN TRY ME

      I filed a dispute in june about a late payment, on June 14th i was notified Harley Davidson closed the account on my ********************** report, i called to see what was going on, they transferred me to 6 different managers and said someone would call me back, obviously , no one ever called me back since they closed the account, it dropped my credit score 69 points. I already have less than perfect credit, that 70 points made it to wear we didnt qualify for a FHA loan, they completed screwed me, then, they added it back to my credit report as an open account, which only made my score go up 30 points, BUT THEN LEFT THE ONE LATE PAYMWNT ON THE RECORD . They completely screwed my credit. And screwed me and my husband out of qualifying for a home loan. This is literally the worst experience Ive ever had for financing .

      I recently discovered an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report dated [Nov. 10, 2022]. I did not give consent for this inquiry and have no prior dealings with the business in question. I have contacted the creditor regarding this matter, but there has been no response from their side. Please investigate and remove it from my credit report promptly.

      I received a letter today 8/15/2023 from Harley-Davidson Financial Services, detailing that they had not received the title for a new Harley Davidson motorcycle I bought back on 5/9/2023 from Volcano Harley Davidson, located in *********, ******. I will attach the letter to the complaint below. The letter lays out options for me, the customer to figure out their internal mistake, most of which do not apply since I do not have the title (it was financed through Harley). Providing Harley Financial Services a copy of the title is an option for resolution. I dont even know how that makes sense given the bike is financed and I do not technically own it at this point and as such do not have the title The only option that might be applicable is me reaching out to the dealership to somehow correct the information their finance department did not complete correctly in the first place. I am utterly confused why I, the customer, would be reaching out to bridge communication and correct finance department issues between two institutions under the same common business name. This seems absolutely ridiculous for the customer to be performing this task. I am not a finance person, Harley is paying whoever it was that completed my financing information, at one of their businesses to do this. Makes no sense why I should be contacting Harley, so they can contact Harley, to figure out why Harley couldnt get their paperwork straight... Absolutely embarrassing and ridiculous that a business would treat their customers in such a way. I am beyond irritated. I still havent even received a permanent registration for my motorcycle and its probably due to this mess. I do not feel responsible for correcting errors that did not originate with me in the first place. Harley needs to correct this within their own scope of influence. I will be refinancing with a different lender as soon as possible. I have been loyal to the Harley brand all my adult life. This is absolute junk.

      On July 25th 2023 I received a check from Harley Davidson Insurance for the repairs to be completed on my 2021 Harley Road Glide. I was instructed since I had a lean on the bike that the check would have to be dual endorsed for me to cash to make the repairs. I over nighted the check and the summary of repairs to Harley Davidson Finance. They received the check on the 27th and state they endorsed it and mailed it standard mail (no tracking Number) on the 28th. I called on Friday August 4th and asked them if they received the check. They verified that they did and that it was mailed out on the 28th. They told me **** days for normal mail. I asked them since it was a nearly $4000.00 check why they didn't email me a tracking number. Their reply was that they don't do that. I waited until the 9th of August and called again. This time I was rudely told it had 8 days and that they mailed it out. I again called on the 10th and told them I was in danger of losing my job because the motorcycle was my only form of transportation. I asked to speak with a super visor who thought it was funny that the **** was taking so long and said it wasn't HDFS problem since they had mailed it out. I told them that I needed that check because I wasn't working and needed that check to pay this months payment. Since that call their collections has constantly (3-4 times a day) harassed me even though I tell them every time I call that I will make the payment as soon as I get the check. So far this has costed me the original $3,930.52 of the check. 2 Weeks worth of wages at $1,280. Since I was out of work due to transportation I was not able to received any income and have fallen behind on bills. Today I was terminated from my job because I wasn't able to get to work. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran which makes finding work very difficult. Until this month I have never been more than a day to two late on payment often paying days before due date. I want a check of $5,210.00 with deduction of $644.80

      Long story short Ive had this motorcycle with these guys for over a year. I had COVID 3 times in 2022 and working for the government they put me out of work on 3 separate occasions. Which Ive provided proof to them, these people have no remorse nor do not care about their customers and treat them very poorly. They told me they no longer offered assistance for COVID even though it was a nationwide thing. There for they kept denying my request for an extension finally in December i spoke to a manager and i asked for 2 weeks and he gave a extension although i didnt ask it for in December. calling me over **** times in the span of 3 months. Now, I lost my job back in may, and let them know I was going through a hardship, I was told by a representative in June if I would make junes payment then julys payment would be extended. Well after talking to other representatives they wont honor it, now and then one representative told me she would file for an extension and I needed to send in my hardship well 2 hours later I got another call stating that my payment was past due I told her I was aware then I told her I have to send in my hardship because a extension was put in on my behalf, and then she told me that that was declined before I ever submitted my paperwork. These guys dont care about there customers and it clearly shows. I was told once that I should just let them come get my bike since I cant make the payment. Im not 3 months behind its called a hardship.

      I am rejecting this response because: **** said yall sent it out on the last response, see Harley cant tell the truth if it slapped them in the face, yall sent it yesterday; I dont know who the owner of hdfs is but I know he would be so proud of his wonderful joke of a team, this is the problem communication with **** is terrible, but **** wont forget to call a customer 600 times in a day. When they get 3 days behind. You all should just send me my title to my bike and write this off, because yalls customer service is driving consumers away. Like there is no good response from you people, yall have an automated response and that is it. Why cant yall put effort into something. Copy and paste means nothing. And this is the problem with HDFS everything is a joke with you guys. Yall should sponsor a circus because the clown attire fits yall picture perfect

      On the Day of July 22, 2023, I received a notification from ****************************************** indicating an inquiry from ********************************* Bank in regards to a auto financing loan. I suspected right away that it is a Fraud Application. I reside in ***** and have been for the past 20 years and someone was trying to pull my information in *********** **. I tried contacting this company but no answers to the phone number ************. I later contacted TransUnion to let them know what was going on. Transunion has placed a fraud alert on my credit report and also has sent notification to Eagle ***************** I have attached a screen shot of the alert that was received and is looking for a resolution on this.
