I asked the date of purchase to have payment dates on the first of every month, I was promised this and set my payments up for this. Come to find out the date was a different date and I had auto payments set up for the 1st of every month and now have a list of late payments on my credit report. I talked to the financial department on the phone who gave me a separate number to change the date and was promised again, but still had late payments. So one month I paid double so I could get ahead.What can I do about getting these late payments off my credit please because this is really hurting me?Business Response

There really is not short version to the mess HFDS has caused on my accounts with them. About the best short version is I was contacted by someone named *****, told one of my accounts was past due, spent several days trying to return ******* call only to be told by ***** when I did reach her that that account that was "late" was current. My 17 year old son had been killed in a car accident and I advised ***** of that and she seemed willing to help. However, after that conversation I could never get in touch with ***** again, this was back in December, 2023. I was on autopay so only signed into my online account once of twice a month to make sure the payments went through. Up until this time all my accounts were current, the payments were on time, and the accounts were in good standing. On my credit profiles all of the accounts were reporting as on time and in good standing as of January 2024, so I had no reason to believe otherwise. So it came as a surprise when I received a call from someone by the name *************************** from collations asking for a return call. Again, as with *****, I called several times and she and I ended up playing phone tag. I gave ***** a time in my time zone when I could be available, yet I never heard from her. I would even call several times a day and evening from my time zone with no success. I did manage to speak with her assistant, *****, who told me he'd message her a time to call me. I never heard from her. I also received a message from ********, the collections manager in response to a correspondence, however, after returning her call about 20 times I never heard back from her. The only person I spoke with was someone named *********************. He seems less than interested in resolving anything and tries to act like a bully rather than actually look into a problem HFDS caused. He's also very misleading, all of HFDS is misleading. I have now had to hire an attorney to fix this mess HFDS has cause and is trying to cover up.Business Response

My problems started at a dealership level, then when asking for the finance companies help to resolve the issues, I was met with constant threats, multiple calls a day, calls to my estranged family members, my ex employers, and anyone who they could find connected to me at some point in my life. The have made hard inquiries almost daily on my credit stating the account t is in collections so they are allowed to. I am unable to get a complete sentence out without being interrupted. I am never able to speak with the same person. Twice even though each person I speak with says they are my account manager. Every time they call they ask me if their repo agent is with me. No *****, I havent seen a single one, cuz if they were here, they could take it. The harassment is unreal.Business Response

I have now had people coming to my home, taking pictures of my vehicles and my house, neither of which have anything to do with my business with this company. It is only 11:30am my time, and they have already called me 3 times today.
their customer service is rude as f***, they dont let you talk, they treat you as if you are scum.

I noticed I had late payments from HARLEY ***** on my credit report. During these months I did not receive anything stating I was late. As you can see, majority of my payments have been on time so I am requesting the removal of these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to purchase a home and would greatly appreciate if you guys can submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.Business Response

Harley Davidson financial services continues to violate my rights under FCRA and break the law by reporting false information on my consumer report. I am a victim of ID theft and have provided this company with a police report of FTC affidavit. Instead of removing this information they continue to send me letters stating they can't verify my identity. They have received all the documents they need required by the federal trade commission. I am being forced to hire an attorney and *** this company for damages. also I make sure to tell all motorcycle buyers to stay clear of this business. Reasons like this are why the company has been losing sales.Business Response
