      Well I traded a vehicle approximately 6 grand and put over 10 thousand for a down payment of a 2022 Fatboy which was 22 thousand I tried for lower payments and couldn't so I payed it off . I am 63 disabled and retired I take care of my special needs girlfriend and we are not rich now I'm depressed because Harley Davidson Financial is saying they didn't trust my payments and that I still owe 20 grand ?? The money was assured now most likely I am being stopped from paying to continue to rob me for unfair charges . All I have is the truth and I am being robbed I bought the bike from Glendale Harley Davidson And they looked suspicious every time we crossed eyes in their financial department. Why am I getting problems and charges when I paid ?

      This company has been violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and harassing me. They regularly contact me mutiple times a day, claiming that if they do not get an answer then they are allowed to call 5 times a day. They also state that per their policy they are allowed to contact people every 5 days. I have received dozens of calls, if not hundreds. The company refuses to acknowledge these violations and only repeats the claim that they are allowed as it is their policy. Per the consumerfianace.gov website,The debt collector is presumed to violate the law if they place a telephone call to you about a particular debt More than seven times within a seven-day period, or Within seven days after engaging in a telephone conversation with you about the particular debt.

      In July of 2020 a motorcycle financed through this business was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. After my insurance company paid off their portion, there was around $700 left on the loan. This company, when buying a motorcycle, forces you to buy their gap insurance. Knowing this $700ish was the gap, I did not pay it. In fact I even went and bought a new motorcycle at a Harley dealership and financed it through this company. (Why would they finance me if I owe them money). The salesman at the dealership even said it would be paid off. Many months later I found out that they never paid off the motorcycle and made it a charge off on my credit score. This is quite amusing as the gap is through them therefore they didnt pay themselves. I contacted them and they paid off the balance(to themselves) and made it a paid charge off. I tried to contact them several times and have filed a multitude of disputes and they refuse to remove the paid charge off from my credit score. This is affecting my credit by ****** points. This is totally unacceptable and outrageous.

      I was just notified that this bank ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my knowledge. I am not trying to purchase a bike, I just bought a car 6 months ago. Also I hate motorcycles. I NEVER approved this credit check. I want to know who ran my credit, where and why! I also want the hard inquiry removed from my credit history. YOU DO NOT HAVE APPROVAL TO RUN MY CREDIT EVER!!!!Also I tried to call them. Their phone says they are closed and their business hours are Monday-Friday 8-8 cst. The problem? Its currently 5:30pm in ****** where I live, which makes it 7:30pm CST. Why are they closed????

      Someone purchased a motorcycle using my physical address when they do not live at this address. The company located my husbands contact information and have called him multiple times, despite him expressing ***** ********* does not live at this residence and he has no contact information for him. The company had a man place an unmarked, handwritten letter in my door, despite being told this person does not reside at our residence. I have called the company and they state the person who used our address has to change it, which they obviously will not do! They should not be allowed to harass someone who has no knowledge of this persons whereabouts, no connection to a purchased motorcycle or any business dealings with the company. They have been asked more than once to stop calling and now are coming to our home.

      I was interested in purchasing a Harley Davidson at Burts Berricuda in ******* .. I was approved had a change of heart a friend of mine sas killed in motorcycle accident and told management i did not want the bike because of that but when I came in they said they already signed all paperwork including they forged my name and signed.The paperwork they said was all done.I never signed anythjng.. Said the bike was mine. I told them I didn't want the Bike.. I never took possesion of the bike . I actually gave them a notarized letter saying I did not want the bike.. The bike set in Burts B I never picked it up and talked daily and said I did not want bike.. They repo bike at there showroom.Not only did they forge my signature but put a repo on my credit and I never purchased the bike. They always cashed my check and I told them 2 weeks in advance I did not want and refused to give my check back .. Management would not return calls and management would never talk to me.. They forged my name and signed there own paperwork... My ex can verify she was there when they did.. I want this off my credit or I will be seeking a lawyer..I need my money back that you stole from me as well.. *******. Or I will seek action against Harley Davidson for forging my name and destroying my credit for not taking deliver or purchasing a motorcycle. Plus damaging my credit and my score This should not be how Harley Davidson runs there businesses or become a regular practice to potential buyers .. I expect this to be matter to be resolved ASAP.       Ok so hide out harley told me they had title with in a week and I should of picked it up but they told harley davidson financial corp it was lost by previous owner is why the delay so im confused what it is it just wanted this fixed easy enough but the companies cant be honest enough to do so harley davidson financial corp doesn't even know what bike i have which concerns me a fit in have a 2013 electra glide ultra classic?       Im been calling this business place for over two weeks . Asking for a statement and a copy of my contract and they havent been able to provide all those papers I require from them. And every time I want to talk to supervisor the hang up the phone on me or put me on hold and they never answer. I am going through divorce and I need those papers because I have a deadline. Which is January 1 . And they want me to wait another two weeks to send me a fax.

      I have a bike (motorcycle) loan through Harley Davidson Financial (Eaglemark). I was behind in payments. My bike was being repossessed so my mom helped with the back payment of $**** to get my account current. The AGREEMENT with the woman I spoke with was "after this ****, you're current....payments due will be changed to the 15th of the month rather than the 1st..." OK!!! But what happened? I checked my account online and the agreement to waive late charges and ALSO a new charge for "REPO fee" of $400 showed on my account. No amount of phone calls helped rectify this situation. When I call Harley they always say "you have several accounts". Also, "there are no notes in your file indicating any arrangements agreed to."Well, I looked at Harley Financial reviews and turns out they are ONE STAR! The complaints are so similar to mine it's unreal!!!!! I am LIVID with Harley. They have screwed me around for weeks now! They are unreputable and rude to their customers.
