    I had signed up yesterday for their free 1 month membership. Then canceled immediately. I just saw a change on my account for $4.99 on my account today. I will be disputing this with my bankthis company is a scam

    I found Klover on the ****** Play Store about a 5 - 6 months ago and at first they really helped me out with increased the to the amount they would loan and it was fine. Then came the month of February and everything just tanked. My income hasn't changed, I've actually made more money, and around mid February I go to take an advance and it asks for my debit card for some reason. I enter the card number and this message pops up that the card has been used to many times and it needs a different card. Mind you, this is the only account I have used up to this time because that's where my direct deposits go. So I added a secondary account to which it worked but the advance offered was 5 dollars. The problem lies in the amount of emails I have sent to Klover which is well over 20 to resolve this issue and nothing is ever done. Today 4/19 now my secondary account is blocked so I can't even use the service at all which has gone on for more than 2 months. There is no **************** number which leads me to believe they really don't care to resolve or respond to concerns and any emails I have received all say "We've referred this to the tech team for further review". No Solutions, No one to call, and No way to get a resolution. Your company would be great if concerns were resolved, but you guys have proven you don't really give a rats ass!!!

    Spent countless hours on their point system and now its been days and countless emails with no response on where my points are at this point. Missing points after countless hours and personal information out there because they asked me to sign up to get points. ****

    I paid back what I owe to them and want to continue using there application on my phone when needing extra money for a bill it's been 2 weeks that they are taking a look into my account. No customer number just email. It's so frustrating for a customer of there's. Especially because I love what they offer.

    My debit card was charged a small amount, which I was expecting to receive back. Not only did I not get the $0.04 back even after emailing support about it, but they instructed me to try linking my debit card again after it failed My request for the refund was completely ignored. I deleted my account and the app at that point. I was not about to attempt to add my debit card again only to have my card charged to verify it without getting the money back. There is no doubt in my mind they would have continued to ask me to try linking my debit card again only to take money from my account even if it be in multiple small amounts.

    Why am I getting charge on my debit when I cant even link my debit card s*ccessf*lly bcoz i forgot the cvv pl*s i got bew card same n*mber diff cvv. DOES THIS MEAN YOU ARE FREE TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I CANT EVEN USE YOUR SERVICE? Im not smart coz if i am i wont co*nt on *r app b*t this is not right charging me and I cant get even a $1 advance coz * want an old card cvv. SHOULD I SUE * **********************?

    Hi there, sorry to hear you are getting charged by Klover. It sounds like you may be subscribed to our Klover+ membership program, which is a monthly membership subscription that costs $4.99 for new customers. The app will prompt you to sign up for our free trial when you link your debit card to our app. The free trial lasts for 30 days before you are charged your first membership fee. I just checked your email address in our system and can see you were actively subscribed to our membership, which I have cancelled for you.     Hi ********, sorry to hear this happened unexpectedly. I checked your email address in our records and found an active Klover account associated with this email address. It looks like you requested a $150 advance on 3/22/24, with a repayment date of 3/28/24. We attempted to collect the payment in full from your debit card/bank account, but were only able to collect a partial payment of $80 at first. This charge is unrelated to Klover+, which is a monthly membership subscription program that costs $4.99 per month for new customers. This $80 charge was related to the $150 advance that you requested on 3/22/24. According to our records, we were eventually able to collect the entire payment in full on 3/28/24.     I registered and sent money to an investment app affiliate (that they get paid for my doing so) in order to earn points for their unreasonable points system. After more than the indicated time passed for me to not see the points added, I reach out to their customer support chat multiple Times, unable to ever connect given the wait times. However, after indicating the nature of my request-an administrator suspends my account and they wont respond to emails or anything regarding the reason for my suspension. I PAID MONEY that allows them to get paid, and not only did they fail to uphold their end of the agreement, they have blocked me to ensure they do not have to uphold their end of the agreement.
