    Scam app. They charged the fee, I got the points for an advance they approved me for, and I tried to cash out. They took the points, didn't give the advance and are still showing I owe the advance. I contacted support and they refused to even answer. I then cancelled my membership so they can't bill me again for nothing. Don't fall for the bs reviews I have screenshots to prove everything. I've sent multiple inquiries but they refuse to respond.

    Hi ****, I'm sorry to hear about this experience with the Klover app. I checked your email in our records and see 2 emails you sent to us - one on 2/6/24 at 5:33PM and another on 2/6/24 at 10:11PM. Our support team responds to tickets in the order they were received, and we typically have a 2-business day response time, which is explained in our original auto-email we send as soon as we receive your ticket. I can see one of our agents responded to your emails the following day, 2/7/24 at 1:47AM. This agent explained that the advance you had requested on 2/6/24 had failed in transit, and he manually applied the points back to your account for this failed advance. He then gave you instructions on how to relink your bank account and debit card to request a new advance and try again. Advances fail in transit due to connection issues with bank accounts and debit cards, which is why he sent you instructions on how to resolve that. It looks like you currently have an outstanding advance now that you requested on 5/6/24. I'm glad this worked out and you were able to receive funds.     I used Klover for maybe a meer 4 or 5 months and everything was great until I cancelled my membership and they kept charging me saying I was borrowing money and getting advances when I wasnt. They charged 121 and 124 after my initial email to stop services and cancel my subscription. Then to top it off I told my bank and they did a reversal and credited my account only to say days later that it was me getting the advances because my bank account was linked to **********************. Yeah my bank was linked to klover because I had previously been using it but I had nothing to give my bank to confirm my cancellation as klover never emailed me back or sent me any kind of cancellation message or email. So now my bank is charging me 121 and 124 for for klover as well. I'm a single mom and literally make 12 dollars an hour work part time just and just had my car stolen. They have f***** me royally and I literally don't think I can come back from this. That's 3 times I got charged 121 and 124. I will personally never use klover again or even recommend it to anyone else. That's 735 dollars in total. It amazes me how companies like these get over on people like this. Needless to say I'm negative in my bank account right now over 300 dollars and can't even afford to get anything and were stuck home because of the snow. Thanks klover you rock..... NOT

    Hi ***, I'm sorry to hear about this issue. I checked your account under your email ro********************* in our system and I see the last advance you requested was for $50 on 9/19/2023. I can see you emailed us on 1/10/2024 to cancel your subscription, however, this is separate from your outstanding advance. Our Klover+ subscription is $4.99 per month for new customers. One of our agents asked for a PDF bank statement showing the charges of $121 and $124 that you referred to in your email, but we never received any evidence on these charges. These charges do not appear under your Klover account, so it is possible someone else has access to your bank account and linked it to their own Klover account. We would need more information in order to investigate this properly for you, and we don't like leaving our customers in a bind. If you could please reach out to us again so we can settle your balance and also figure out where these $100+ charges are coming from, we would appreciate it! **************************************** thank you and we look forward to resolving this for you.

    I was a customer since 2021 and never had a problem. Their fees are ridulous, **** to borrow instantly. And they pretend to give you the option to leave a tip . So the tip is now mandatory The tip is 6 to 10 % on top of the $**** for a 5 day loan. So I wanted to instantly advance ****** and altogether I would have to pay $114.00 to $120.00 after 5 days

Our immediate debit delivery fees do range from $1.99 - $16.49 depending on the amount you are requesting as well as your financial institution. The tip is 100% voluntary and is never forced - if you were forced to leave a tip, that is definitely an issue with the app that would need to be investigated. It looks like you were one of our pre-qualified customers, meaning you did not need to earn points in order to advance. This also means that your advance repayment dates were scheduled on your next payday. For example, your most recent advance was requested on 2/17/24, and your repayment date was set for 2/21/24, because our algorithm was detecting your next paycheck to come in on that day. If this date didn't work for you, we do offer payment extensions.     This is the worst fintech company ever. Customer service is so ignorant and stupid, they are basically worthless. I've been trying to pay back 15$ I owe them, for two months. Not a single person tried other than saying, it takes up to 3 business days to come off card- 3 months later and still haven't collected the money I owe them. Why don't they want to get money back? Can someone from this company actually help me please? ***********************
