      My order was missing items so I reached out to support to report it. They told me that I'd received a refund for a past order and they couldn't help me. I'll be sticking to Door Dash or **** Eats going forward because I work too hard for my money to just be giving it away for free. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

      Placed an order for Chinese food and it was declined for an error and I went and ordered from another restaurant. Both orders were delivered and I was charged for both when I only ordered one. The first order was stated as error and there was no tracking saying it was completed or ordered. They would not return my money even through it stated the order was not completed. Second time this happened.

      They over charged me and gave me three different totals. They sub an item that I never asked for. All the would say is that there sorry that I dont agree with the total and refused to help me any further. They cheat people out of money.

      They food in my area has been poor lately, and I've been receiving refunds for most of it. Today was no different ( 5/27/2025 ), but Grub Hub refused my refund and issued me a $5 credit with a 30 day limit. What is my supposed to do? Eat rotten food and enjoy it?

      If I could give less stars I would. Last night I got a notification from grubhub about a food delivery. I did not place an order and couldn't even remember the last time I used grubhub. I contacted their customer service while the order was still taking place letting them know I am on an opposite side of the country and I did not do this. Their response was that the newly added address was consistent with previous activity. Also, the restaurant is something that I do not even eat.

      My food ordered never arrived to my address however, the driver admitted via text that she dropped my food off at an incorrect address. I asked the company for a refund, after providing all information I was asked for. Never got my refund or an explanation.

      On May 13th, I placed an order through their website for pickup. When I arrived at the business to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed. They had been closed the whole day, so they never even received my order. Once I saw they were closed, I quickly went on the Grubhubs site to find a phone number so I could call them. Of course there was no number listed and it stated to email with complaints. I then got back to my computer and sent an email stating that the business was closed, and to please not charge my credit card. I didnt hear back from them, so I figured they would reach out to me the next day. I didnt hear back from them until today, May 16th, and they stated since I didnt make a claim within 48 hours that there was nothing that they could do. I did reach out but they ignored me and now refuse to give me my money back. Basically they stole $71.63 from me. This is the worst company i have ever come across. They are basically in business to steal money from their customers. Shame on them!

      Driver wasnt able to find my home in *********. I called the driver to explain where I was located. He didnt understand my direction. By mistake I gave him the delivery code. He declared the food delivered. I did t receive the food I had paid for from Sakura ***** in *********,**. Co tasted Grubhub. Explained the situation. They did not refund my order. I will not use Hrubhub again.

      Terrible, I got my order and a ***** purchase! Wasn't in the bag .chatted with the shift manager and she said I had to many refunds! What, I've never asked for a refund! No stars for them!

      0 stars but sadly it wont let me leave that. This company is utter garbage. Someone stole my food, waited the 45 minutes for my order, it then changed to ko driver and had to wait another 45 minutes for it. When I called in they tried to give me a credit for $5 for my next order. Refused to credit my current order, and lied about someone being assigned my app showed no one assigned, they confirmed someone stole my order and its being redone. 2 hours for fast food and the company had the audacity to fight me on getting it cancelled and saying best they can do is give me $15 off my next order. Had to get supervisor Rhod B on the line to finally get my order cancelled. 1.5 hrs later, no food, and gotta wait ***** hours to get my money back.
