      I ordered my lunch today and the driver stole it. They took a picture of it. When I reordered the food, the same thing happened. Now they won't refund my money. Why do you need to steal from hard working people.

      This GRUBHUB app didnt work and changed my order from delivery to pickup! Unfortunately I dont have a car to pick up my order! I called Spitz right after it was placed and told them to cancel it. They said I have to call GRUBHUB which I did and of course they said to bad the food was already made which is a lie! They said they had to call ***** to see if they will refund! Nope of course not so they are in on stealing money from customers also!!

      They won't refund me at all. My items get stolen or missing items and they said I request refund so many times. We'll that true because like I said food goes missing or missing items or even moldy food.

      Food never delivered. Driver "Christian" wouldn't respond to multiple attempts. Calls to Grubhub always "failed to be connected". This is the most cowardly piece of s*** delivery service in the world. Not my first, second, or even third complaint either!

      I want to complain about the delivery service in ************** area. I have ordered from RibCrib several times and whenever Grubhub delivers, there is ALWAYS a problem. Today is the second time the driver has listed the order as being delivered and its never at my door. Either they leave it at the wrong apartment or they steal it. I called ******* and told them I will NEVER order delivery from them again because they use a sucky service provider. From now on, I will call the restaurant in advance and ask who they use for their deliveries, and I suggest you do the same.

      I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM GRUBHUB AGAIN. I would leave zero stars if I could. I made an account for the first time a couple days ago and ordered breakfast from a local restaurant. When it got here, non of the food was edible. The "country potatoes" were so overcooked that they might as well have been mashed potatoes, and the eggs benedict had zero to none hollandaise sauce. When I contacted GrubHub for a refund, they refused and said "sorry we can't help you but if you don't have any more concerns, I'm going to have to disconnect the line." and they disconnected it!! I continue to try to talk to agent after agent and I was pretty much told the same thing over and over, and continuously disconnected from the chat when I wasn't even done addressing my concerns. I even contacted corporate and got the exact same thing, told that they weren't going to give me a refund and if that was all pertaining to my complaint, that they'd have to disconnect the line. So in the end I ended up paying $25 for breakfast that I threw away, and got zero help when it came to GrubHub. I finally asked them just to delete my account and I promise you I will never ever ever use the service again. I'm writing this in hopes that other people see this, and they don't get ripped off by GrubHub also. Just stay away from them.

      Horrible service I ordered food Grubhub I was not refunded or reordered and driver did not try to correct placed food somewhere else. It terrible me being diabetic not matter. Who else can protect consumers against this kind of stealing??more accountability and rights protections.

      Lol. There's really all i can say... it was incredible. First they lure you in with a half off deal which sounds great u order realize that it's only worth up to 15 bucks. Still not bad so you get to the end and realize the tips, fees and taxes are *********************** so your getting your mam for 2 extra bucks delivered so not complaining and I place my order..... store accepts it they take my money, give me an estimated delivery time and I wait..... they assign me a driver, give me his name and eta even bring up a fancy GPS location for him on relation to both Me and the store.... so I check back about 15 min later and to my surprise my time has been pushed back and I don't have a driver anymore..... so I add an extra tip hoping someone might deliver my food and another driver picks up..... I follow him from 15 min away right up to the store before he to dissappear and again I have no driver. I contact customer service and the first ***** tells me he will document it to prevent further problems and they will issue a refund.... I tell him this is an unacceptable solution my family has not eaten and I don't accept that....I request a manager im told that they will not be able to assist me.... I'm not sure if I was redirected to a different ***** or the supervisor but again I'm given the same bs answer abs after some more snarky comments voicing just how much this has effected my family I'm offered 5 dollars towards my next order lol. 5 dollars mind you the tip alone for my order was 10 not to mention the other 10 to 15 in fees and taxes not to mention the food. I expressed that the offer was a slap in the face at which time I'm offered 7... I told them to keep it i wrong be coming back but to have a nice night.

      Always a problem with this company. Food is never correct and the last thing they want to do is try to help you. Don't waste your time. Get in your car, jump on your bike and get it yourself. You'll be glad you didn't waste your time waiting for them to get your order to you so you can be PO'd the rest of the night.

      This is the most dumbest, terrible and money snatching app. I did not even order food, but a store shopping delivery. It automatically swapped my address to an old address in the profile and ordered delivery to an address in a different state. I noticed it the moment the order was placed, and I looked all over the app, and there is no Cancel button. The only option to cancel is to chat with customer service, which is where the money snatchers come in. I first chat with one idiot customer service agent, he takes sweet 15 mins, and finally comes back and says the restaurant has started making the food and he cannot cancel, which is ridiculous, because my order was not even at a restaurant. It was going to shop, buying an item and delivering. After that idiot, I go to another one, and this *** says it can be cancelled, but he will not refund the money. And for an order of 70$, he went ahead and cancelled it, and was ready to give me a $10 courtesy credit as he has a way to cancel an order, but no way to refund. So finally after so much blood pressure talking to these brainless idiots, I lost $70 to these scammers.. For such a big company, they are ***** cheap scamming culprits
