      My husband was gifted a gift card for grubhub value of 200 dollars. This way we didn't have to worry about food while I battle cancer. We were able to use the gift card 2 times. Which was great. Then we tried multiple times after and it wouldn't go through. So we thought it was just the app or they were short drivers. Which we totally understand. After trying one more time.and get the same message it just couldn't be that. So my husband called and they told him his account was block cause and that he violent terms and conditions. So he asked what he violated and they couldn't tell him. They had no answer. So we have money on a gift card that is link to an account that is block. So all they could say was there is nothing they could do to get our money back. So they basically stole our money and there not even sorry about it. I will never use them ever again.

      GrubHub has shady business practices. I'm shocked they are still in business. They cancelled my order themselves, then tried to blame the restaurant for being closed. The agent argued with me saying they were closed and the restaurant had cancelled it, so they were on the hook to pay for my refund. I called the restaurant who said their driver showed up, left without my order and cancelled it. The restaurant is open and still accepting orders THROUGH GRUB HUB. The agent said, "sorry, that's the information we have". She refused to call the restaurant or rectify the situation so the restaurant was not being charged for THEIR mistake. Further, the driver was not penalized. I'm shocked that any restaurant continues to do business with this scam organization.

      Drivers are constantly late, they dont deliver food. Food is always wrong. **************** is horrible. Stay away and find another delivery service. They hire anyone and let anyone deliver.

      They have a button where you can cancel the order after accidentally placing it or wanting to make a change, but it doesn't work. I did the chat and they said they can't help me. I called and they said they can't help me. Not to mention that they **** up the prices of each individual item and charge extra fees. It's a scam of a company.

      terrible service. ordered a full meal for 2. the main items on both meals were missing and we received drinks and sides for $25. they wouldnt refund the order.,

      Would not refund money for missing food! Every time I get an order its always something missing! If there drivers check and make sure all of the food is there then they wouldnt have to give refunds. Every time I have received a refund the driver called it in ! But tonight says I have a lot of refunds that they can not give me my money back! But again the driver was my witness! A whole meal was missing along with frys I am livid you can not keep people money and refuse to give it back for something they did not receive! Thats stealing!!! One Rep told me dispute the charges with my bank and I am too! Then Ill get all my money back! I even asked for a credit or to reorder the food they did absolutely nothing!

      Cannot get anyone to talk to me either on the phone, e mail, I sent a registered letter & never received a response. What company does this to their customers? Extremely upset

      I put in a order of fries for my son an the delivery driver sat for a good30 mins before he got to me so I called customer service an they said he had near by order to do...ok coo.. as I'm on the phone with them the driver begins to head my direction on the map as he turns on west broad it say delivered I got to my front door to see nothing on my porch or neighbors either I began to call the driver who goes by the name of Nicky * who did not answer I'm fed up because doordash did this to me a week ago as well they have any an everyone doing deliveries an sometimes its not the actual person supposed to be doing the deliveries as told on the app

      I wasnt dissatisfied with the drivers I only used the service a few times each time I had issues with my food They did partially reimburse me for the orders However, I was only about 2weeks into my 30 day free trial and I decided to cancel it. After canceling, a pop up asked if I wanted to claim my free meal (because with the membership you are supposed to get one free meal a month) I thought that it was trying to give me my monthly free meal since I was canceling after clicking on the pop up Grub hub immediately charged me $10.86 & renewed the membership I had just canceled I called the customer service and the representative was giving me the run around and then said that she was unable to cancel the membership or refund the money. I told her I would like to speak to someone in management who can better assist me. She put me on hold for about 5min then a supervisor by the name of ******** told me she wouldnt be able to take care of the refund until the following day so she will put the details in my notes and I would need to call that following day and that representative should be able to reverser the charge should is not a guarantee should was not comforting should did not put my mind at ease. I just hung the phone up at that point. Needless to say, I will not be using their service again they try to entrap you into a membership I do not recommend even trying the free trial its not worth the hassle.

      This company had me on the waiting list and when I submitted my ID and picture they declined my application. I have no background and I've signed to deliver by bike,its solely due to my disability that they denied me!! I'm more upset that instead of telling me the truth they didnt give any reason why? They dont honor people with physical disabilities and it's sad!! Because disabled people cant control the disability they were born with.
