      I am a business owner, GrubHub is absolute garbage. They don't have anything preventing people from abusing their refund system, also their dispute process is extremely stupid. I hope they go bankrupt.

      I've been having issues with ordering Grubhub for weeks now. Every time I try to add something to my cart through the app I get an error message (Something went wrong. We're sorry. We're not sure what happened. Please try again.). When I try to order through the app, it lets me add items to the cart, but I'm unable to check out. My card info doesn't show & it won't let me process the order. I've talked to several customer support agents, and they all say the same thing: 1. uninstall & reinstall 2. make sure app is updated 3. clear *************** Then after the multiple attempts of doing all those things (most of which I had already done before I contacted them), they tell me they'll look into it further, but in the meantime to call the order in to the restaurant. I'm assuming I won't be getting an update any time soon seeing as there are tweets to Grubhub from 2018 about the same ****** *** have yet to see a solution offered.

      My account has been blocked since July 22nd from making new orders. I was never informed of why this is occurring or even that it had occurred. I created a ticket on July 27th and was told it would be resolved within 48 hours. It has not, and each time I contact them to get an update I am simply told to wait 48 hours.

      I hate Grubhub. Theyre trying to not refund my money and I think they have scammers working for them. Every time I contact their fake customer service its always an issue.

      I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. This company has delayed my orders too many times resulting in cold and soggy food being delivered. My food has been stolen by the drivers, with the company not giving full refunds. Dealing with this company has been such a headache.

      I WAS A DRIVER FOR THIS RIP OFF OF A COMPANY AND I WOULD SERIOUSKY RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE GRUBHUB THEY RIP THIER DRIVERS OFF AND CUSTOMERS MOST LIKELY NEVER SEE THIER FOOD AND GRUBHUB WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ME BEING A DRIVER IVE RAN INTO ISSUES WITH BEING PAID I WOULD DRIVER ALL DAY LONG. FOR THIS COMPANY DOWN TO MY CAR BEING ON E LIGHT ON THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE *** GLITCHES AND I CANT ACCESS MY MONEY I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER AND OVER ABOUT THIS RECURRING ISSUE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BECUASE AS LONG AS THEY GETTING YOLL MONEY GRUBHUB COULD GIVE A F*** LESS ABOUT THE LITTLE PPL ACTUALLY DOING THE LABOR !       Spent my last little bit of money on dinner, all of which was wrong. Issued a refund, which will take days and now out of money bc they screwed up and now I have no way to get dinner. Told them I'd rather have a redelivery and they could cancel the refund and that all I wanted was the food, if they could just get it to me since my husband is out of town with our only vehicle, but no. Grubhub refused to send out another order for a mother with no vehicle trying to feed her kids dinner.

      July 2022 and my family of 6 including myself got really really sick with covid. My husband boss gave him a Grubhub gift card for $500. 2 adults and 4 children. We were able to order dinner Wednesday night and by the time we wanted to order breakfast my account and gift card were locked. Support team said 48hrs someone should contact me and help. Tomorrow is 7days, yet no one has called or reviewed my ticket. Several contacts I have made and no one can help. So here is a gift card meant to help offset the difficulty and instead we are left asking people to go out and help us get food. Grubhub has the worst customer service I have ever experience with any company. Not even an offer to compensate for the inconvenience. Door dash and Uber eats always helps.

      I worked for this company and they won't pay me. They said that they can't verify my checking account that I've had for years and then said my Debit card was verified in an email but when I tried to get my paycheck it changed to can't verify. And I get the run around when I call them about it. They just say send an email about the problem and then they never answer it. I'm really upset
