      Placed order on August 29, *********************** production status. Spoke with the company in October and they could not provide any details on when the item would be shipped. Now no response to emails or voicemails I've been a faithful customer for over 25 yrs and very disappointed!

      The date of the transaction was on 6/19/2024. . I ordered a OES fez in the amount of $105.00 total with shipping was $110.00. Purchase was made online at 5:57pm. Order number is ******. The money has been deducted from my account an I never received the product. I sent an email to the company at orders@lauterer the last email sent September 9th with no response. I attempted to call the company in July an August an no voicemail can be left. I totally understand that it could be on back order but an explanation would have been nice. I needed this fez for two occasions since I made this purchase. I prefer to have my order but if it cant be in a timely manner I would like a refund so that I may purchase elsewhere. I will attach my email order an my deduction of my payment taken on June 21, 2024.

      Placed an order for an item that apparently was on back order at the end of April. Ive called several times, and received answers that the product arrived from ***** damaged, and they should have it in 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks, and was told the same story. No where did the company indicate on their order site that the piece was out of stock. Id I had not called, I would still not have heard from them. Their customer service and support is very poor.

      This order was cancelled in Mid - June and the customer's credit card was credited back. The item in question was not from *****, but it did arrive to our shop broken. I know of only 1 company that makes this item and they **** *-8 weeks to deliver a new item. The customer service was horrible and again, we now have restaffed and I hope that many of these issued have been lessened.

      I placed an order on 6/22/23 for 2 stock (non-personalized) items for a total of $92.45. After 2 weeks of the order status stating "in production" I attempted to contact them via email. After a few days of no response I attempted to call. They never answer their phone. Supply issues are acceptable but charging my credit card and not producing goods AND NOT COMMUNICATING is not acceptable business practices. I've since initiated a charge-back with my credit card company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      I can not dispute the facts in this complaint. We had just relocated and the vendor was not getting the cases to us in the time that we expected. We were also short staffed for customer service and it was hard to reach us at that time. The customer initiated a charge back and the order was cancelled. We are now restaffed and hoping to provide much improved customer service.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however I still find it unacceptable that even after filing the case, I've still never heard directly from the business.  The response to this complaint over a year later is the first indication that they actually existed. Yes I initiated a charge-back as that was my only recourse after multiple attempts to initiate communication from my end ending in silence.

      On November 21, 2022 I ordered 2 items totaling $201.20. About 3 weeks after my order I received one item and not the other. Upon further research I saw that the other item was listed as on back order. I have called, emailed and left messages repeatedly and NON have garnered a response. I have no clue when I will receive my other item if EVER but it is still listed for sale on the site and is clearly back in stock. I literally just want my item and if I can't have it please just give me my money back.

      In the beginning of October 2022, I purchased a Fez from the company. I called in December to see where my product was. After countless calls I finally spoke to someone who said they dont have my fez but will be sending me a different one out the following Tuesday. I still have not gotten my fez and its January. I called several times but no one answers the phones. I contacted and emailed the CEOand still no response. They clearly took my money without giving me my product. I called my bank who has opened an investigation. I am looking to *** at this point.

      Fezzes are a custom made item and because of the size selections, sometimes we have to order the blank body before we can produce the finished product. The customer did not want to wait any longer and issued a charge back on her card- cancelling the order on 1/13/23.

      On October 19, 2022, I ********************* placed an order of two polo shirts with embroidery work on lauterer.com in the amount of $77.90. The amount has already been removed from my bank account. The order number is ******. I have tried to contact them through their website comment, Emails and via their customer service number ************ in reference to an estimate delivery date. I have not made contact with them through phone and have not receive a response to any other attempted contacts. In my last attempted contact, I advised that I would be taking further action, if I did not receive a response from them.
