      Couples beware of the Hyatt Regency *********. We are currently striking out on trying to get ahold of someone regarding a withdrawal of over $700 from our bank account, a month after our wedding. Neither my husband or I were notified that anything was due, that a withdrawal would be occurring, nothing. We dont have any documentation and never received a receipt. We have sent emails and left voicemails without any response. As a side note, we went through 3 Hyatt coordinators throughout the year of planning for our wedding, in addition to our coordinator leaving our event 2 hours before it was scheduled to end.

      lest then 24 hours of checking in all 4 ************ were taking Off my car . My window was smashed. Went to manger told her what happened she said what do you want me to do. After 71/2 hours of trying to find ************ *************** the price was $1500 for tow $ **** for ************. Went back into the hotel trying to get into our room for which we paid for 3 nights the manager changed our look on our room. She said oh you are still here. Had no way else to stay we stood there. That night around 12:00 in the morning someone tried to break into our room. We were frightened for our lives. We were frightened to call police for we thought the manager was in on it. Will never again go to any Hyatt Hotel.

      Hotel that cost me quite a bit was not that good and the service was horrific. I complained about the many issues with my room and I was promised I would get enough points to recoup 2 nights at another Hyatt. They then gave me ***** points. Later I found out when I got home that ***** points does not pay for nicer Hyatts because of their rating systems. So it barely pays for 1 night.       I was charged 150 hold that never was release to me . When I checked my bank account I seen they charge 45 fee also. My room was dirty and hair in the sink. The breakfast was ice cold and the staff was so rude. The bed sheets was not changed it was from last customer had stains. Front desk did nothing when I called. I had to sleep in a chair with my son. I complained and ask for my money back and was told no! The staff there was rude and all unprofessional. I came from ******** so it was not easy to just leave .

      I want to start this off by saying I have stayed at the Hyatt Centric for a total of 34 days for work. I have had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel and its staff. Almost everyone that I've met has been so welcoming and made a very isolating work trip feel like home. The moment that soured it all for me was when 300+ dollars worth of my clothes were thrown away.I have been in contact with the managers ***************** and then ******************* to try and rectify this situation. Thus far, since my first email on June 9th, I have yet to be contacted via phone to get a solution to my situation.During my second stay at the Hyatt in June, I let room service come in for the first time 6 days after my first day there. I put my clothes in a pile away from the garbage that I've collected for them. All I wanted was new towels and sheets. When I returned to my hotel room after work, I found that the pile of clothes had been thrown away. Mind you, these were half of the clothes that I had brought for my entire 16-day stay for work. I contacted the front desk and Becca was absolutely amazing trying to locate my clothes and keeping me updated.When my clothes could not be located, I was given ****** email. He responded by saying he offered to reduce my stay. I did not pay for the hotel as it was a work trip and looked for compensation in regards to the clothes that had been thrown away or otherwise discarded. When I tried to come to an agreement with ****, he responded with: "I am trying to help you and offered an option and also asked you for an option. " I had already expressed my need for compensation and found that this was extremely rude. This email was sent to me on June 20th and I asked for his manager.After two more emails from me, I finally got in contact with ******************* on July 20th, nearly a month later. He has offered to call me and has yet to.I have been extremely patient and spent my own money on replacing clothes that had been wrongfully discarded by the

      This was by far the worst hotel stay experience we've ever had. They are understaffed which is unfortunate but there is no excuse for the horrible service we experienced. Our bathroom toilet was broken and we called 3 times for someone to fix it and no one came. We also stayed here for a bachelorette party and asked in advance for help with carrying stuff down to ********** which no one ever came up to help so we had to take a couple trips. This is nothing compared to the headache it has been trying to get a copy of our invoice for our stay. I called 6 times, finally got someone on the phone who said they'd email it which they never did. I called back and someone said they'd transfer me and just hung up. I've been calling every day since and the phone just rings and rings like no one is working there. I'm not sure what is going on but it's extremely frustrating since it's a very simple ask. I also tried to look up my invoice on their website which says there was an error in processing? I'm in shock that the amount of money we paid per night, we had this experience. I will never stay at a Hyatt Resort ever again.
