      Actually caught Respiratory Flu with instant symptoms from my room at the Hyatt Place across from ***************** where a sophomoric staff did unauthorized charges for $250.00 twice And the room got me terribly sick with flu. It was definitely the room. Smelled a virus thus respiratory flu.Issue #2, I never once smoked in my Room , They charged me $250.00. I told ***** the Clerk, said he'd take it out. Next Day, he charged 250 again thus 500. I called Hyatt PR and my Bank. The Bank eventually resolved it.Think? They cornered me into 2 rooms where I caught Respiratory Flu. I spoke to ***, a clerk 2 days prior, said she'd get me a *********. Upon arrival, uneasy with the staff, so sophomoric. **** was there with *****. She cornered me into two rooms but got another room from the Manager on the second day. How would your Hyatt Principals feel if those incidents happened to them ? A week later, I moved to the Hyatt ********************* where I stayed last year. First day at the Hyatt *********************, a clerk named ************************* called. He told me I can't have the Room that they promised. Shortly before that, I got a text and called whereby they assuredly promised I'd get the requested room I got last year.Checking in, got a call insisting I take a 2nd floor room from ****** reprimanding it was unfair to others and that I'd better not be noisy or that they don't get any noise complaints . Noise complaints even before I checked in? I'm not a noisy guest, no loud TV. On the way to ****** , I was talking to *****, a Hyatt CSR about unauthorized charges . Only three people on the Hyatt shuttle. As I was talking to ************ asked the Hyatt Driver a question. He blurted out " I don't have time for this ". Upset, ********************* him and filed a complaint. Same day, got another voice mail from ****** about noise? Sounded like retaliation against CSRs' complaint about the driver. At this point, I couldn't care less if Hyatt went insolvent.

      Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Where do I start, first there was no writing that said you had to pay 36 extra dollars to park at hotel only one person doing bar front desk. Hotel eatery closed no ice machines working no hot water in morning for shower drink spilled all over in front of elevator will never stay at another Hyatt ever again you would think for price and us traveling 5 hours to stay would be just a little better

      i registered by phone on April 14 2023 for a room on ground floor handicapped ! arrived June 25 2023 at 11:30 am to be checked in and i was told room would be ready at about 2:00 pm . when we arrived back we were told there were no rooms left on ground floor because they had rented them out without checking for prior reservations and that the only room close to ground was on second floor and that we would have to use stairs because the elevator would not stop at second floor ! it did not work on second floor only ! all they said was SORRY . they didn't even offer to help with luggage it took about 5 minutes for my wife to climb the stairs , she didn't come down the stairs till the next Morning ! she ate and we left , there was no HOW WAS YOUR STAY ON NOTHING ELSE ! HYATT PLACE THE ***** FROM HELL!

      I guess having 3 dirty pools make you a resort? This place is full of thieves ! I booked a water front room, when I arrived my room had NO view of any water. When asked to switch rooms, I was secretly up-charged. The hotel is pet friendly so be prepared to not get any sleep when DOGS KEEP BARKING ALL NIGHT. People were screaming at the top of their lungs in the other room. ********* were extremely dirty. The breakfast buffet is a complete scam...only about 4 food options, the rest if fruit and bread. Disgusted at how much hidden fees were on my bill. NEVER EVER EVER GOING TO COME BACK TO ANY HYATT HOTELS.

      Poorest customer service ever received in over 40 years of hotel stays. ****** ******** *** Hyatt ************** 8 2023 - May 12 2023 manager on duty ***************************. We booked this stay through Expedia and on arrival things were a miss in that the reception area was not manned, only two nicely dressed men on their knees behind the counter seemingly working on the computer system. Eventually I was greeted and ushered to a back room to check in, seems they were having computer trouble. Check in and went to room. Room not clean, reported same hair on the shower wall others trash still in can under wall mounted Tv. Stay the night and awakened the next morning to **** hammering and dust everywhere, seems they were doing some repairs or upgrades on the first floor but neglected to isolate the **** that pumped the dust all the way to the 6 floor where we were located in room 617. The noise was horrific! Taking the elevator down to get coffee was all a blur due to the circulating dust in the hotel. Fast forward to non existing maid service, had to retrieve ones own towels from the makeshift lobby in what turned out to actually be the breakfast area. Cute, breakfast and linen service all amongst the dirt and debris from the demolition. Day three when leaving that morning we personally visited the makeshift front desk talking with manager *************************** at **** asking to have the room serviced by **** as we were coming back to nap before the evenings activities. Getting back to the room at **** NO MAID SERVICE HAD BEEN PREFORMED ! Furious I went to the dusty lobby/breakfast nook speaking with Ms ******* she only found it humorous that our room was still in disrepair on day three! She supplied me with linens and simply walked away. This was the stay from ****, Hyatt refuses to compensate and has offered only to refund half my stays cost. Not good enough, its not about the money. Have you no pride in the Hyatt Name?

      I booked Hyatt D for my family reunion. The room rates on the contract were ******, but when my family went to book, it showed starting at ******, a breach of contract/made family members cancel coming to reunion. Some of the attendees couldnt believe Hyatt didnt honor contracted room rates. I tried talking/pleading by emails to at least 5 Hyatt representatives, none would help until I said I was taking it to corporate. All of a sudden I get the Director of sales, who would not listen either and indirectly called me a liar concerning the rates. I sent verification, told him his sales rep sent me letter stating rooms were 164 and ****** and also to check with legal and see if the hotel was in breach of contract if I am a liar, 2 days passed, he responded he would let me out the contract if I responded by 5:00 pm, but he would not refund my ******************************************************************** which the deposit was for and the rooms booked, my deposit should be returned. I was given different GM names, in which none was correct when I requested. I always valued the Hyatt with highest regards. I was caused undue stress, being called indirectly fraudulent and lost some of my family trust due to the rooms not being ****** until after almost a month past, Hyatt downtown corrected it, in which family member attendees said they couldnt trust it. I have requested and sent notarized letter requesting my ****** be returned but has been denied and no response.Even though I was treated unfairly/stressed for the past month or so, I cant hold other Hyatt staff accountable for the actions of others, I just ask my deposit be returned. I have to start over or cancel the reunion because of the sales actions. I really thought our reunion was going to be the best ever at the Hyatt. Everyone was excited. I have had reunions at other ******* locations they went over/above, I thought Hyatt would exceed, ??????

      Worst experience at Lake Tahoe Hyatt Rude team, no response from management, They just want your money. No customer service. Dont go to **********************.

      If I could give no stars I would hotel should be called a motel they have bedbugs in the room I rented the shower was filthy my sheets had been there I know they weren't clean there was blood on my comforter I ask for another they ask me what room but never got new blankets I wouldn't recommend any one here

      If I could give negative stars I would!! I had a room booked at ************************ at the end of November and tested positive for COVID the day of so I canceled my trip and reservation. They still charged me $300 because of the cancellation policy and no changes could be made even for a positive COVID test. I will not be staying at any Hyatt properties from now on!!! Thieves!
