      This company is a joke. I filed a claim for short-term disability almost a month ago and it's been nothing but a headache they keep telling me I have to send in more paperwork more paperwork same paperwork this company does nothing but give you the runaround so if anybody reads this review I am contacting a lawyer about trying to file a class action lawsuit against this company because they do nothing but give people heartache and Aspire that's what this company sold into the community that they're supposed to be serving you pay them your hard-earned money every week but when it comes to you needing your money from them they want to drag their feet and that is not fair and it's not right and we hav6e to stand up and do something about it it's also ridiculous that you can't give negative stars out for a review because this company would definitely deserve a negative five stars.

      Absolutely the worst experience. Put your claims in and the turn around time is long, then company keep asking for the same paperwork over and over again. Only to come back and say these claim cannot pay you. Why pay for a policy you cannot use.

      ABSOLUTELY the WORST! Same lie week after week and month after month. Claim filed on March 17, 2025. We are now at June 13, 2025. Still being reviewed and pending information. Information has been sent three different times. I can't get a return call from the adjuster. Asked to speak with a supervisor and still nothing. I'm sure this company is a SCAM. We need an option for zero stars...they don't deserve not even one star.

      Absolutely terrible my husband passed can't get any information filed a claim executive to his estate yet cant get any information gave claim to other family member without notifying me the wife. absolutely terrible business practices.

      Loyal Customer for 24 Years!! Count on one hand of how many times I've used any of my 3 policies I have with Combined Insurance. December 16, 2024 check was delivered to wrong address and cashed (mobile snap shot). Been in contact since January 2, 2024 with no resolution to problem. Been passed to different case adjuster. First case adjuster ******** ******* was NO HELP AT ALL. Finally received a copy of check February 26, 2025 from a case worker ********* ************. Not my signature. Requested to file claim to retrieve funds stolen from me. No response. **************** Representatives always gave some lame excuse. The case is OPEN. Never can give explanation why its taking so long. Called again ********* ************ on March 5, 2025. Called again April 10, 2025 to once again be told by representative ***** that a stop payment was done February 19, 2025. Ask to speak with someone else. This time a representative name of **** stated its nothing can be done. The check was delivered and cashed its out of there hands? Supposedly an escalation inquiry is on file? I should file a police report for identity fraud? I've had enough I wanted out. I will not continue to give money monthly for ****************************************************************** They transferred me to cancellation department. Thought they would reach out to find out why I canceled my POLICIES. But that's a BIG FAT NO!!! 24 Years down the drain. Shaking my head. With all this technology they want us to use it still failed me. Cause someone was able to snap shot my check to deposit into their account and the banks release the funds to them. Shaking my head still.

      On March 18th 2025 I submitted my disability claim Document for payment on April 7th 2025 I contacted combined checking on the status of my claim all to find out it was missing the date combined kicked it back for a date every month combined deduct my account for payment by yet when it's time for payoff it lots of scrutiny here I am waiting on my funds to take of my business still no check. It's now April 9th still no check Horrible I will have to withdraw my membership from combined insurance and take my business to Aflac am no longer satisfy with combined insurance.

      The claims Department paying out on a claim takes so long they still owe me six months and its been already since May 31 of last year 24. I just keep on getting passed over and passed over. I gave him all the paperwork and nothings happening.

      I submitted a claim two months ago, was told they would have a decision within ***** business days. It is now 2 months later and they keep saying its still under review. Extremely frustrating when they withdraw the monthly payment on time but cant give payouts for claims like they advertise. They come to our place of employment and to scam law enforcement officers should be considered a serious crime.

      My agent told me I was covered for any time I missed work for injury or cancer. It's been 7 months since my injury. First claim in 9 years and the website crashes, no contact from the company, can sign in, then no menu options work, i was told that my agent quit, no money, no response. Total scam. I can't believe that they have an A+ rating with so many one star reviews. It says a lot about BBB.

      I filed a claim and I was told it would take 3 weeks to receive and funds. I was only out of work on **** for 3 months and I was behind in all my bills and no one reached out to me at all. Terrible company and I want to receive the many that I paid into this insurance ******* NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
