      My parents purchased life insurance policies with Combined in ****. My father passed away 2011 and mother in 2022. I have experienced nothing but STRESS in doing business with Combined Insurance form the VERY BEGINNING in 2011.They want your business, but fail to provide you with quality service. The adjusters take their time, and give excuses on why it's taking so long for you to receive your payout.This company LACKS **************** and Empathy. I would NOT recommend company to anyone.Please think twice before doing business with Combined Insurance.

      My passed away May 5, 2022. Shortly after that I filed a claim around May 18th and still no answer. Combined Insurance states clearly on their website WE HELP INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, and EMPLOYERS THROUGH CHALLENGING TIMES. Every time I call they continue to give me the run around by saying we will make a note and have the claim expedited; Its been over ******************************************* but they still manage to take money out of my account.I am so frustrated on how I have been treated through this whole process and if I would have known like I know now, I would have read reviews before I purchased a policy from them.Its not fare to have to be put through loop holes for a business not being organized nor having the answers to their customers questions.I have never been so frustrated.

      ***Member since 1994***Well, I thought I would at least give this company a 2star rating per our decades of business together! I am so hugely thankful to the young gentleman who originally sold me on the great insurance benefits Combined had to offer. His name was; ***************************. Thank you again for your great sales pitch that sold me on the this great decision I made back then and am so glad that I am still able to continue my lifes unfortunate situations as a long time loyal member.. combined Insurance has really great benefits dont get me wrong however it seems like more recently they are as quick to get claims resolved as they once were at least this last decade or so it seems now claims are beginning to take months or even years to get resolved if ever! I agree with anothers comment with how terrible everyones communication is; especially with notes that they claim to be typing in their leap frog computer system.,.. I just dont understand what happen to the timely claim processing resolution! Definitely; beginning to think this company might not have enough funds to accommodate their members even they say they guarantee your benefit.Regardless; really its just kind of unfortunate and disappointing. Very sad that this long time family like business has become more of a convoluted stressful nightmare to deal with. its much more dishearteningespecially with all the ridiculous time Ive waisted trying to get someone to be on first! Anyway thats what I think about that! So thanks for listening!

      Carbon copy of all the reviews here. I filed a claim back in May. Spoke to my representative, called combined got the answer they are behind and short staffed blah blah blah...Now it's July 21 still no progress or coverage on my claim.Will be cancelling my policy...worthless

      I have been a customer since May 2016. I filed my first claim March 3rd 2022. Here it is the end of July and I still dont have my benefits. Very displeased with this company. Buyer bewareDO NOT GET A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

      Im very disappointed in this company I pay for a service and have NOT received Any of the benefits that are specified in my plan. I filed a claim and was told their looking into it, still are. Months have passed , still deducting premiums every month, they have to be joking ! ?? ?? ??
